Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah melimpahkan berkas perkara penyuap Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan nonaktif Nurdin Abdullah, Agung Sucipto ke Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi Makassar.
Diketahui Agung tersangkut perkara suap dan gratifikasi pengadaan barang dan jasa, perizinan dan pembangunan infrastruktur di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Tahun 2020-2021.
“Rabu (5/5) Jaksa KPK Zainal Abidin, telah melimpahkan berkas perkara Terdakwa AS (Agung Sucipto) ke PN (Pengadilan Negeri) Tipikor Makassar,” kata Plt Juru Bicara KPK Ali Fikri, Kamis (6/5) kemarin.
Dengan perlimpahan berkas perkara ini, penahanan Agung Sucipto telah menjadi kewenangan Pengadilan Negeri Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Makassar.
“Selanjutnya menunggu penetapan penunjukan Majelis Hakim yang akan memimpin persidangan dengan agenda sidang pertama adalah pembacaan surat dakwaan,” lanjutnya.
Ali menjelaskan Agung akan didakwa dengan Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a UU Tipikor Jo Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHP atau Pasal 13 UU Tipikor Jo Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHP.
Adapun, KPK menetapkan tiga orang tersangka dalam kasus dugaan suap dan gratifikasi terkait pengadaan barang dan jasa, perizinan dan pembangunan infrastruktur di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Tahun Anggaran 2020-2021.
Mereka adalah Nurdin Abdullah, Sekretaris Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (Sekdis PU) Pemprov Sulsel, Edy Rahmat dan Direktur PT Agung Perdana Bulukumba, Agung Sucipto.
Nurdin diduga menerima suap sebesar Rp2 miliar dari Agung serta diduga menerima gratifikasi dengan total nilai Rp 3,4 miliar. Suap diberikan guna memastikan agar Agung bisa mendapatkan kembali proyek yang diinginkannya di tahun 2021.
