Aturan PPKM Darurat : Mulai 3 Juli 2021, Naik Pesawat, Bus, dan Kereta Wajib Pakai Kartu Vaksin, Surat Antigen Hingga PCR

Karebaindonesia.id – Kartu vaksin jadi syarat bepergian naik moda transportasi jarak jauh di masa Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) Darurat.

Kebijakan PPKM Darurat tersebut berlaku mulai tanggal 3 Juli hingga 20 Juli 2021, khusus untuk wilayah di Pulau Jawa dan Bali.

Penggunaan kartu vaksin sebagai syarat bepergian terungkap dari sebuah dokumen berjudul “Panduan Implementasi Pengetatan Aktivitas Masyarakat Pada PPKM Darurat di Provinsi-Provinsi di Jawa Bali” yang bersumber dari Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi (Kemenko Marves).

“Pelaku perjalanan domestik yang menggunakan moda transportasi jarak jauh (pesawat, bus dan kereta api) harus menunjukkan kartu vaksin (minimal vaksin dosis I),” demikian bunyi petikan dokumen tersebut, dikutip pada Kamis (1/7/2021).

Selain itu, disebutkan dalam dokumen tersebut, masih terdapat syarat lainnya untuk bisa bepergian menggunakan moda transportasi jarak jauh.

Syarat tersebut yaitu penggunaan hasil tes PCR dengan masa berlaku minimal H-2 keberangkatan untuk pesawat serta tes antigen dengan masa berlaku H-1 sebelum keberangkatan untuk moda transportasi jarak jauh lainnya.

Lebih lanjut, kebijakan PPKM Darurat di Jawa dan Bali juga mengatur kapasitas maksimal transportasi umum.

“Transportasi umum (kendaraan umum, angkutan masal, taksi (konvensional dan online) dan kendaraan sewa/rental) diberlakukan dengan pengaturan kapasitas maksimal 70 persen dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan secara lebih ketat,” bunyi keterangan dokumen tersebut.

Sebelumnya, pengumuman PPKM Darurat di Jawa Bali sudah disampaikan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dalam keterangannya di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Kamis (1/7/2021).

“Saya memutuskan untuk memberlakukan PPKM Darurat, sejak tanggal 3 Juli hingga 20 Juli 2021 khusus di Jawa dan Bali,” ujar Presiden.

Jokowi menjelaskan, kebijakan tersebut diambil setelah melalui kajian dan mendapatkan banyak masukan dari para menteri, para ahli kesehatan, dan juga para kepala daerah.

Kebijakan ini menurutnya sangat penting untuk keselamatan bangsa Indonesia di tengah situasi lonjakan pandemi yang terjadi saat ini.

“Seperti kita ketahui, pandemi Covid-19 dalam beberapa hari terakhir ini berkembang sangat cepat, karena varian baru yang juga menjadi persoalan serius di banyak negara. Situasi ini mengharuskan kita mengambil langkah-langkah yang lebih tegas agar kita bersama-sama dapat membendung penyebaran Covid-19 ini,” ujarnya.

Lebih jauh, Kepala Negara memaparkan, pada PPKM Darurat ini akan dilakukan pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat yang lebih ketat daripada yang selama ini sudah berlaku.

“Secara terperinci bagaimana pengaturan PPKM Darurat ini, saya sudah meminta Menteri Koordinator Marinves (Kemaritiman dan Investasi) untuk menerangkan sejelas-jelasnya secara detail mengenai pembatasan ini,” imbuhnya.

Jokowi menegaskan, Pemerintah akan mengerahkan seluruh sumber daya yang ada untuk bahu membahu dalam mengatasi penyebaran Covid-19.

“Seluruh aparat negara, TNI-Polri maupun aparatur sipil negara, dokter dan tenaga kesehatan, harus bahu membahu bekerja sebaik-baiknya untuk menangani wabah ini. Jajaran Kementerian Kesehatan juga terus meningkatkan kapasitas rumah sakit, fasilitas isolasi terpusat, maupun ketersediaan obat-obatan, alat kesehatan, hingga tangki oksigen,” ujarnya.

Kepada masyarakat, Kepala Negara pun meminta untuk mematuhi pengaturan yang diberlakukan secara disiplin, demi keselamatan semuanya.

“Saya minta kepada seluruh rakyat Indonesia untuk tetap tenang dan waspada, mematuhi ketentuan-ketentuan yang ada, disiplin dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan, dan mendukung kerja-kerja aparat pemerintah dan relawan dalam menangani pandemi Covid-19 ini,” ucapnya.

“Dengan kerja sama yang baik dari kita semua dan atas rida Allah Swt., Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, saya yakin kita bisa menekan penyebaran Covid-19 dan memulihkan kehidupan masyarakat secara cepat,” tutupnya. (fr/ki)
