Makassar, Karebaindonesia.id — Penjabat Wali Kota Makassar, Rudy Djamaluddin bakal memberikan sanksi tegas jika Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) terbukti tidak netral dalam proses Pilwalkot Makassar.
Hal itu ia tegaskan saat mengikuti Sosialiasi dan Deklarasi Netralitas ASN Dalam Pilwalkot Makassar 2020 di Hotel Golden Tulip Essential, Selasa (01/09/2020).
Sanksi tegas tersbut sesuai Undang-undang nomor 5 tahun 2014, tentang Pembinaan Jiwa Korps dan Kode Etik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).
Selanjutnya ditegaskan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 42 tahun 2004 dan PP nomor 53 tahun 2010.
“Jika rekomendasi Bawaslu sudah ada, tentu kewenangan yang melekat sama saya akan saya gunakan secara tegas sesusai undang-undang berlaku,” kata Rudy.
Ia menjelaskan, dalam undang-undang, ASN tetap memiliki hak pilih. Namun sebagai pelayan masyarakat, ASN tidak boleh terlibat politik praktis karena bisa merusak pelayanan masyarakat.
Secara aturan ditegaskan, ASN harus bebas intervensi dan tidak terkontaminasi dari golonga-golongan tertentu.
“Saya ingatkan juga ASN sekarang harus berhati-berhati bermain media sosial. Memberi like atau dislike saja yang berhubungan terhadap calon tertentu itu sudah melanggar dan bisa langsung ditindak Bawaslu,” tegasnya.
Sementara Ketua Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kota Makassar, Nursari mengapresiasi dukungan Prof Rudy Djamaluddin atas program Bawaslu untuk menjamin netralitas ASN dalam Pilwalkot Makassar 2020.
“Kenapa kegiatan ini penting. Kota Makassar itu salah satu indikator rawannya netralitas biroktasi setiap pemilu,” katanya.
Nursari berkaca pada kasus 15 camat se-Kota Makassar mendeklarasikan diri untuk mendukung salah satu calon presiden pada Pilpres lalu.
Ia mengingatkan, Bawaslu bersama Komisi ASN telah membuat MoU untuk menindak tegas ASN yang berpolitik praktis.
“Tidak adalasan ASN untuk ikut politik praktis dalam pilkada. Kami berkomitmen mengajak teman-teman ASN memgambil andil dan berani mengatakan siap netral,” jelasnya.
“Agar pilkada kita lancar, damai dan menghasilkan pemimpin profesional yang betul-betul dibutuhkan masyarakat,” pungkasnya
