Benarkan Uang 1,4 M Untuk Sumbangan, Pengurus Masjid: Pak Gubernur Memang Rutin Bantu Masjid

Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan (non aktif) Nurdin Abdullah mengaku uang Rp 1,4 miliar saat penggeledahan di rumah pribadinya, di Komplek Perdos Unhas, Tamalanrea, Makassar, adalah uang bantuan untuk pembangunan masjid.

Penggeledahan oleh KPK tersebut terkait dengan dugaan kasus suap perizinan dan pembangunan infrastruktur di lingkungan Pemprov Sulsel Tahun Anggaran 2020-2021.

Segelintir pihak tertentu di Sulawesi Selatan ada yang bersikap nyinyir terhadap pengakuan Nurdin Abdullah (NA) tersebut, seolah-olah tidak percaya. Hal tersebut membuat wartawan media mencari tahu kebenarannya. Ternyata, benar bahwa mantan Bupati Bantaeng dua periode ini rutin menyumbang dan membantu masjid.

Prof Dr Ir Syafruddin Syarif MT, Ketua Pengurus masjid Ikhtiar, Dr M Thahir Haning MSi, Abdul Latif, Ketua RW perumhan dosen.

Dari investigasi yang dilakukan wartawan, salah satu masjid yang sering dibantu Nurdin Abdullah adalah Masjid Ikhtiar Kompleks Perumahan Dosen Unhas Yamalanrea Jaya Makassar.

Prof Dr Ir Syafruddin Syarif MT, Ketua Pengurus masjid Ikhtiar, yang ditemui kemarin, mengungkapkan bahwa Nurdin Abdullah memang sangat mencintai masjid.

“Perhatian beliau sangat besar kepada masjid. Salah satu buktinya adalah beliau memberikan bantuan karpet untuk masjid Ikhtiar ini. Juga AC masjid ini adalah bantuan dari beliau,” ujar Syafruddin.

Menurutnya, bahkan sejak Nurdin Abdullah belum menjadi Bupati Bantaeng sudah sering membantu masjid.

“Sumbangan yang diberikan beliau juga tak tanggung-tanggung. Beliau mendatangkan langsung karpet dari Turki untuk masjid ini. Kebetulan, di masjid ini beliau menjadi penasehat,” ujar Syafruddin.

Masjid Ihktiar ini, saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan. Luas ruang utama masjid Ikhtiar saat ini 289 m2. Hanya bisa muat 750 jamaah.

Sementara jumlah jamaah di kompleks perumahan dosen tersebut sekitar 1.800 orang, yang membutuhkan ruang salat seluas kurang lebih 1300 m2.

Karena itulah, maka masjid ini akan dibangun tiga lantai, yang membutuhkan anggaran sekitar Rp 25 Miliar.

“Dan Pak Nurdin Abdullah adalah penyumbang terbesar pembangunan masjid ini,” ungkapnya.

Tak hanya dari uang pribadi, Nurdin Abdullah juga mengupayakan bantuan melalui jalur APBD Provinsi dan mengumpulkan dana dari para donatur demi membantu pembangunan masjid.

“Pak Nurdin Abdullah selalu mengatakan bangunlah masjid yang indah agar orang datang ke masjid tidak hanya sekali, tapi datang berkali-kali. Dan betah di masjid,” lanjutnya.

Dari APBD Prov Sulsel, pada tahun 2019, bantuan untuk pembangunan masjid ini Rp 5 Miliar.

“Ini luar biasa. Biasanya bantuan untuk masjid dari pemprov, paling besar Rp 50 juta,” ujar Dr M Thahir Haning MSi, bendahara pembangunan masjid Ikhtiar yang ikut mendampingi Prof Syafruddin saat wawancara.

“Saat ini Pembangunan fisik masjid ini baru 1/3 dari anggaran Rp 25 M yang dibutuhkan. Yakni baru sekitar Rp 8 Miliar,” katanya.

Menurut Dr M Thahir Haning MSi, kepedulian Nurdin Abdullah cukup tinggi terhadap masjid.

“Tak hanya di masjid Ikhtiar. Beliau juga banyak menyumbang masjid-masjid lain di Sulsel. Salah satu masjid lain yang juga mendapat sumbangan besar dari beliau adalah masjid di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Makassar,” ungkapnya.

Oleh karena itu para pengurus masjid ini dan juga sejumlah warga lain di lingkungan perumahan tersebut percaya 100% bahwa temuan uang di rumah NA sebesar Rp 1,4 Miliar itu memang merupaksn dana bantuan masjid yang tengah dikumpulkan NA.

Menurut Abdul Latif, Ketua RW di lingkungan rumah pribadi NA, Gubernur Sulsel (non-atif) itu sangat dermawan, dan mudah bergaul dengan masyarakat.

“Sebelum menjadi pejabat sampai jadi pejabat sama saja tidak ada perbedaan sikap. Setiap ketemu siapa saja beliau sangat ramah, dan ringsn tsngan membantu warga kurang mampu,” ucapnya.

Menurutnya, banyak yang tidak terekspos atas kepedulian Nurdin Abdullah terhadap masjid dan masyarakat dimanapun dia tinggal.

“Sejak menjadi gubernur anggaran dari Pemprov untuk masjid sangat besar. Ini bukan untuk pencitraan, tapi itulah kenyataannya,” tutupnya.
