Makassar, Karebaindonesia.id — Maraknya resepsi pernikahan di tengah pandemi mengakibatkan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Makassar menyusun Peraturan Wali Kota (Perwali) baru nomor 51 dan 53 tahun 2020, dan rencananya akan diterapkan pekan depan.
Perwali nomor 51 berisi tentang aturan penerapan disiplin dan penegakan hukum Protokol Kesehatan.
Sementara perwali nomor 53 merupakan pedoman penerapan protokol kesehatan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pernikahan di hotel dan pertemuan di kota Makassar.
Anggota Komisi A bidang Hukum dan Pemerintahan DPRD Kota Makassar, Azwar mengatakan bahwa kebijakan Pemkot Makassar dalam hal ini Perwali yang telah ditetapkan mesti melihat semua aspek kemasyarakatanya.
“Jangan malah merugikan masyarakat, tetapi jika aturan perwali itu bagus. Diharapkan penerapan juga bagus di masyarakat,” ujar Azwar, Sabtu (05/09/2020).
Legislator DPRD Kota Makassar ini tidak mempermasalahkan sanksi perwali 53 tahun 2020 ini.
Sebab bersifat untuk kepentingan masyarakat dan Pemkot Makassar berupaya untuk mencegah serta memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19.
“Perwali yang dikeluarkan tujuanya baik, yang kita tegaskan penegakanya jangan tebang pilih dan harus berkeadilan. Jangan malah berimbas kepada masyarakat bawah. Kasihan masyarakat” kata Azwar.
Sebelumnya, Ketua Satgas Penegakan Disiplin Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Kota Makassar, M Sabri menyatakan, bahwa warga yang akan menggelar pesta pernikahan telah diperbolehkan.
Namun, secara spesifik akan diatur dalam perwali nomor 53 tahun 2020.
“Silakan aja (resepsi pernikahan) asal melaksanakan selama protokol kesehatan diatur Perwali 53 itu sesuai, silakan. tidak lagi harus izin atau tidak izin. Perwali ini sudah memberikan batasan,” kata Sabri beberapa waktu lalu.
Di dalam Perwali ini juga di atur mengenai sanksi dan denda yang akan berlaku jika dikemudian hari ditemukan ada pelanggaran.
Dendanya berupa uang tunai dengan maksimal sebesar Rp 25 Juta bagi yang melanggar.
