Karebaindonesia.id, Jeneponto – Bupati Iksan Iskandar dan sejumlah tokoh hadiri Dies Natalis XXXII Institut Turatea Indonesia Jeneponto, Rabu. (22/02/2023).
Dies Natalis yang dirangkaikan dengan Wisuda Sarjana ini merupakan kali perdana sejak Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu pendidikan dan sekolah tinggi ilmu ekonomi YAPTI bertrsformasi menjadi Institut.
Sebelumnya Yayasan pendidikan Turatea Indonesia (STKIP -STIE YAPTI) telah berganti nama menjadi Institut Turatea Indonesia (INTI).
Perguruan tinggi kebanggaan masyarakat Jeneponto tersebut pada tahun akademik 2022 mencetak ratusan sarjana S1 dengan kualifikasi bidang Ilmu keguruan dan Ekonomi pembangunan.
hadir Bupati Iksan Iskandar didampingi wakil bupati H. Paris Yasir, ketua DPRD H. Arifuddin serta Sejumlah unsur perwakilan Forkopimda lainnya seperti Wakil Ketua DPRD Imam Taufiq, perwakilan Dandim 1425, perwakilan Polres dan sejumlah kepala OPD.
Dalam suasana khidmat dan penuh sukacita itu bupati Iksan Iskandar menyampaikan apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada keluarga besar civitas akademik INTI.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa kehadiran INTI sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi kebanggaan masyarakat Jeneponto telah memberikan dampak besar dalam membangun kualitas sumber daya manusia.
_“Alhamdulillah kehadiran perguruan tinggi INTI telah menjadi salah satu kekuatan besar dalam membangun kualitas SDM daerah yang kita cintai ini_”ujarnya.
selanjutnya bupati dua periode itu menambahkan harapan agar para alumnus yang telah menyandang gelar Sarjana harus memberikan dampak diruang-ruang kemasyarakatan sebagaimana menjadi bagian dari tridarma perguruan tinggi yakni pengabdian.
_“untuk anak-anakku sekalian para Wisudawan, jaga nama baik almamamter dan setelah kembali kemasyarakat agar menjadi tokoh-tokoh pembaharu yang dicintai_”ujarnya.
Kegiatan dies natalis XXXII dan wisuda Sarjana Institut Turatea Indonesia (INTI) kemudian dilanjutkan dengan orasi ilmiah oleh Prof. Dr. Safaruddin, M.Si. Guru besar bidang Sains Universitas negeri Jakarta.
