Jeneponto – Bupati Iksan Iskandar menyerahkan rancangan peraturan daerah (Ranperda) perubahan APBD tahun 2022
penyerahan Ranperda kali ini dilakukan sebagai tindaklanjut dari
Kesepakatan perubahan KUA/PPAS pada hari Senin tanggal 19 September 2022
pemerintah daerah melalui tim anggaran dan tim review inspektorat daerah telah melaksanakan tahapan verifikasi dan review perubahan RKA perangkat daerah, setelah itu dilakukan kompilasi menjadi ranperda perubahan APBD
Bupati Iksan Iskandar dalam sambutan memaparkan struktur perubahan APBD yang termuat dalam Ranperda yang diserahkan pada hari ini
Ia menjelaskan target penerimaan pendapatan daerah direncanakan bertambah sebesar lebih dari 20 milyar tahun ini
Salah satu yang menyebabkan peningkatan target karena adanya penerimaan dividen dan penerimaan bunga atas penempatan uang daerah yang melampaui target
selanjutnya ia menjabarkan tentang alokasi belanja daerah yang direncanakan bertambah sebesar lebih dari 65 miliyar
menambahan itu nantinya akan dialokasikan pada belanja untuk menunjang sasaran prioritas pencapaian target kinerja perangkat daerah, dukungan peningkatan infrastruktur publik, dukungan prioritas penurunan stunting termasuk juga rencana belanja atas penyelesaian pembayaran kewajiban program kegiatan yang belum terbayarkan pada tahun sebelumnya
_” ada beberapa hal yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam penyusunan perubahan APBD Tahun 2022 ini diantaranya kondisi ekonomi makro daerah, kapasitas finansial daerah, pemenuhan urusan wajib daerah, serta upaya pencapaian sasaran pembangunan jangka menengah daerah_”jelasnya
rapat paripurna tingkat I Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan prosesi penyerahan Ranperda perubahan APBD 2022 oleh bupati H. Iksan Iskandar kepada ketua DPRD H. Arifuddin disaksikan puluhan anggota DPRD lainnya, unsur Forkopimda, para kepala OPD, camat dan stakeholder
Setelah penyerahan, agenda selanjutnya yakni akan dilakukan pembahasan oleh badan anggaran (Banggar) DPRD bersama dengan tim anggaran pemerintah daerah dan mitra kerja Perangkat daerah
