Maros, karebaindonesia.id – Calon Bupati Maros nomor urut 2 yang menang di Pilkada Maros, Chaidir Syam dinyatakan positif Covid-19 setelah menjalani tes swab di Rumah Sakit Grestelina Makassar pada Rabu, 16 Desember 2020 kemarin.
Ketua Tim Pemenangan Chaidir Syam – Suhartina Bohari (HATIKITA KEREN), Muh. Irfan AB mengonfirmasi kebenaran kabar tersebut pada Kamis, 17 Desember 2020 hari ini. Meski demikian, kondisi Chaidir Syam dalam kondisi yang baik dan saat ini menjalani proses isolasi mandiri.
“Pak Bupati dinyatakan positif oleh tim dokter di rumah Sakit Grestelina Makassar tadi malam. Alhamdulillah kondisinya baik dan sedang menjalani isolasi mandiri,” ungkapnya.
Lanjutnya, dia meminta doa dari seluruh masyarakat Kabupaten Maros agar Chaidir Syam lekas pulih dan segera beraktivitas kembali.
“Kami minta doanya ke semua warga Maros. Mudah-mudahan pak Chaidir segera pulih dan kembali bersama kita,” lanjutnya.
Dia pun juga meminta agar seluruh orang yang pernah melakukan kontak erat dengan Chaidir Syam untuk melaporkan ke pihak Puskesmas terdekat sebagai upaya memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19.
“Kami harapkan warga yang pernah kontak erat dengan beliau untuk melapor agar covid ini tidak menyebar. Kita umumkan ini sebagai tanggung jawab kami untuk memutus mata rantai Covid,” ujarnya.
Sebelumnya, Chaidir dan Suhartina dinyatakan sebagai Paslon dengan suara tertinggi di Pilkada dalam rapat Pleno rekapitulasi perhitungan suara KPU Kabupaten Maros yang digelar hingga Kamis dini hari tadi.[]
