Dewan Pendidikan Maros dan STAI DDI Maros Galang Kerjasama dengan 22 Perguruan Tinggi Nasional Hingga Internasional

Karebaindonesia.id, Maros – Dewan Pendidikan Maros bersama STAI DDI Maros kali ini akan menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding dengan 22 Perguruan Tinggi. Hal ini dikemukakan Ismail Suardi Wekke, Ph.D., Sekretaris Dewan Pendidikan Maros usai menghadiri pembukaan Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran, di Maros, Jumat, 25 Maret 2022.

Menurut Ismail Suardi Wekke, nantinya Dewan Pendidikan, STAI DDI, dan Universitas Muslim Maros akan melanjutkan kegiatan dengan bentuk diantaranya pengabdian masyarakat berbasis riset. Sekaligus kolaborasi ini melanjutkan SEA-AFSID yang sudah terlaksana sejak 2017 di Jambi.

Kegiatan ini nantinya akan dikemas dalam pembentukan Higher Education Consortium for Maros Research and Development, pungkas Jebolan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia ini.

Lanjutnya, Konsorsium ini nantinya menjadi wadah kerjasama dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi perguruan tinggi di Maros dengan Perguruan Tinggi Nasional maupun Internasional. Paling tidak ada tiga negara, Malaysia, Thailand, dan Turki.

Kegiatan perdana akan dilaksanakan Juli mendatang di Kecamatan Botoa, Maros. Perguruan tinggi yang berkolaborasi akan melaksanakan kegiatan SEA-AFSID.

Sebagai amanat dari RPJMD pembentukan konsorsium ini dalam kaitan dengan Indeks Pengembangan Manusia Maros. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan diskusi panel yang berlangsung esok hari.

Salah satunya akan melakukan penggalangan dukungan dari tiap perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan di Kabupaten Maros sebagai wujud dari kontribusi nyata dunia pendidikan terhadap pembangunan SDM.

Dengan diinisiasinya Konsorsium ini, diharapkan generasi Maros akan berdaya saing sebagai visi pemerintahan sekarang.

Tidak hanya itu, kita juga akan menyediakan beasiswa studi lanjut bagi mahasiswa STAI DDI Maros ke University College of Yayasan Pahang Malaysia tutup Ismail.
