Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Institut Parahikma Indonesia adakan wisuda Angkatan ke-II di Hotel Claro Ruangan Sandeq, tepat pada Hari Rabu, (06/10/2021). Para wisudawan/wati didampingi oleh kedua orang tua/ wali mereka yang berdatangan dari berbagai daerah.

Adapun jumlah wisudawan/wisudawati yang dikukuhkan hari ini berjumlah 91 orang, 45 dari Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FTK) dari 3 prodi yakni prodi Tadris Bahasa Inggris (TBI), Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), dan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI), dan 46 dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI). Ada satu prodi baru yang terbuka tahun ini, yakni Hukum tata negara, oleh karena itu prodi ini belum meluluskan alumni.

Mahasiswa/i terbaik institut adalah Rahmat Fauzan dari Prodi PAI dengan IPK 4,00 sebagai terbaik pertama, terbaik kedua yaitu Nurhijriani dari prodi TBI dengan IPK 3,98, dan terbaik ketiga adalah Irfan Arfandi dari PAI dengan IPK 3,97.

Dalam pesan dan kesan wisudawan terbaik, Rahmat Fauzan menyampaikan bahwa dia pernah tidak lulus di salah satu kampus ternama di Sulawesi, namun setelah melihat brosur IPI dia tertarik karena ada pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dan ICT. Selain itu, Rektor IPI, Prof. Azhar Arsyad, adalah pendidik yang mengukuhkan wisuda kakeknya di tahun 1999, ayahnya di tahun 2004 pada gelar magisternya. Kali ini Fauzan merupakan generasi ketiga yang diwisuda langsung oleh Prof. Azhar.

“Di IPI, kita semua dibina hingga menjadi as valuable as diamond. Kalian yang tidak diperhitungkan di kampus lain bisa menjadi berharga seperti berlian dengan sentuhan didikan para dosen serta rektor. Disini kami bisa belajar langsung dan berinteraksi langsung dengan rektor demi membuat para alumni untuk sejajar dan bahkan kualitasnya bisa melampaui kualitas lulusan kampus negeri”, tambah Fauzan, Presiden UKM Journalism and Pen Circle (JPC), yang juga aktif di lembaga bahasa, serta organisasi lintas agama (interfaith) ini.

Dr. Kaharuddin, M.Pd.I, ayah dari wisudawan terbaik mengungkapkan, “Semua kampus sama saja tergantung dari guru kita, dan saya serta kakeknya adalah juga alumni binaan Prof. Azhar, yang penting mau kuliah. Saya sedih karena anak saya bisa bahasa Inggris, tapi saya sedih karena malu belum bisa bahasa Inggris. Alhamdulillah Parahikma ini luar biasa. Saya berharap seluruh orang tua juga ikut mempromosikan kampus ini di daerah masing-masing.”

Rektor IPI dalam sambutannya berkata, “IPI memiliki jumlah dosen alumni luar negeri sebanyak 14 orang dari lulusan Fulbright (Amerika Serikat), Tunisia, Inggris, Australia, Belanda, dan beberapa alumni kampus dalam negeri terkemuka di Indonesia. Karena itu ada banyak prestasi yang didapatkan oleh mahasiswa IPI baik di kancah regional, nasional, maupun internasional berkat bimbingan mereka. Diantaranya Iqram Anas dari prodi Tadris Bahasa Inggris yang akan berangkat ke Amerika di awal tahun depan dalam program UGRAD, prestasi lainnya juara 1 di bidang karya tulis ilmiah tingkat Nasional oleh mahasiswa EKSYAR, dan sebagainya”.

Di antara para undangan, turut hadir Sekretaris Daerah (SEKDA) mewakili bupati Gowa. Prof. Azhar berpesan di tengah sambutannya.

“Tolong sampaikan bapak bupati, IPI Gowa sudah bekerja hingga taraf Internasional ikut mengharumkan nama Gowa, terbukti dengan seringnya rektor diminta menjadi pembicara di luar negeri, dan prestasi mahasiswanya”.

Turut hadir Rektor UIN Alauddin Makassar, yang bertindak selaku Koordinator Kopertais Wil.VIII (Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua), yakni Prof. H. Hamdan Juhannis, M.A., Ph.D. Dalam orasi ilmiahnya yang khas dengan candanya, Prof. Hamdan mengutarakan, biasanya kalau saya bawa sambutan di bawah naungan KOPERTAIS saya bicara langsung saja, tapi saya bawa sambutan disini dengan bawa buku catatan, karena IPI bukan kaleng-kaleng.

“Rektor IPI adalah orang yang sangat visioner, diawali sentuhan Prof Azhar, kampus yang saya pimpin sekarang di UIN Alauddin menjadi salah satu kampus terbaik di Indonesia. Fauzan adalah wajah IPI, itulah polesan IPI. Bisa bicara di depan publik dengan penuh percaya diri, dan disampaikan dalam dua bahasa yakni bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.”

Prof. Hamdan pun berpesan pada para alumni untuk membangun literasi di bidang data, teknologi, dan mengaji. Selain itu, ia berpesan agar mereka menjadi katalisator yang fungsinya mempercepat perubahan, bisa memberi warna, menjadi role model akhlaq (penguatan soft skill), dan membangun komunikasi yang baik.
Jadilah the right man in the right place, atau tempatkan diri sesuai kapasitas karna kalau salah tempat, kita tidak akan diperhitungkan.
