Dirintelkam Polda Sulsel FGD Mengawal Kebijakan Pemerintah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

MAKASSAR, Karebaindonesia.id – Direktorat Intelkam Polda Sulawesi Selatan menggelar FGD dengan tema “Mengawal Kebijakan Pemerintah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19” di Hotel Harper, Makassar, Kamis (30/9/2021).

Hadir sebagai narasumber Prof Idrus Paturusi, Prof Aminuddin Ilmar dan Azhar Arsyad. Dibuka langsung oleh Wakapolda Sulsel Brigjen Pol Chuzaini Andi Patoppoi didampingi Direktur Intelkam Polda Sulawesi Selatan Kombes Pol Dwi Suryo Cahyono.

Dalam arahannya Brigjen Patoppoi mengatakan bahwa FGD ini diharapkan mampu melahirkan gagasan atau rekomendasi yang bisa membuat semua pihak dengan sadar mengawal kebijakan pemerintah dalam melawan pandemi Covid-19.

Hal lain yang ditekankan Brigjen Patoppoi adalah membantu mengawal dan mensukseskan vaksinasi serta penerapan protokol kesehatan secara ketat di masyarakat.

“Tentu yang perlu dilakukan pendekatan adalah ke rekan-rekan mahasiswa. Hadir dalam FGD ini wakil dekan bidang mahasiswa, tentu harapannya bahwa harus ada cara baru mendekati adik-adik mahasiswa kita terutama dalam mengawal kebijakan pemerintah mengatasi pandemi Covid-19,” ujar mantan Direskrimum Polda Jabar itu.

Hal lain yang ditekankan Brigjen Patoppoi adalah masih adanya masyarakat yang tidak percaya soal Covid-19. Akibatnya, masih banyak warga yang enggan menerima vaksinasi.

“Dari hasil FGD ini bisa lahir ide dan gagasan yang bisa diberitahukan ke masyarakat agar bisa mensukseskan program vaksinasi Covid-19 itu,” katanya.

Sementara itu, akademisi Unhas Prof Idrus Paturusi dalam materinya memaparkan bahwa sejak awal pandemi, usaha pemerintah dalam menghadapi Covid-19 begitu keras. Hanya saja, sinergitas berbagai pihak dinilainya masih kurang.

“Tentu apa yang disampaikan Pak Wakapolda soal vaksin, saya kira itu penting. Salah satu cara selain protokol kesehatan kalau mau pandemi berakhir adalah vaksinasi. Nah, ini harus didukung semua pihak agar bisa terlaksana dengan baik,” ujar mantan Rektor Unhas dua periode itu.

Meski begitu, Prof Idrus meminta semua pihak untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan kasus Covid-19 khususnya di Sulsel, yang saat ini mengalami penurunan kasus secara tajam.

Pakar hukum Unhas Prof Aminuddin Ilmar meminta agar instrumen hukum yang digunakan dalam masa pandemi ini perlu diperjelas. Dia menyebut tidak cukup dengan instruksi menteri, tetapi perlu instruksi presiden atau undang-undang.

Sementara Anggota DPRD Sulsel Azhar Arsyad bercerita bahwa awal pandemi ini membuat semua pihak gagap, termasuk pemerintah dalam mengeluarkan kebijakan di masa pandemi.

“Pengawasan dan penegakan hukum saya kira menjadi kunci dalam mengawal kebijakan pemerintah saat pandemi sekarang. Karena memang awal-awal kita di lapangan saling menyalahkan satu sama lain,” urai Ketua Fraksi PKB DPRD Sulsel itu.
