FAI Unismuh Laksanakan PKM di Desa Belabori dan Belapunranga

Gowa, karebaindonesia.id – Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Fakultas Agama Islam (FAI) Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unismuh) Makassar menyambangi Desa Belabori dan Belapunranga, Sabtu (29/05/2021).

Ketua tim pengabdian, Ahmad Nashir, M.Pd.I menjelaskan kepada media apa alasan mereka ke Desa Belabori dan Belapunranga. Kata dia, aksi pengabdian ini merupakan program unggulan FAI Unismuh Makassar yang dilaksanakan untuk mencerdaskan masyarakat akan pengamalan kehidupan islami secara massif.

“Kegiatan kami telah berlangsung dari sejak 2014 hingga sekarang 2021. Alhamdulillah, kami memperbaharui kerjasama kembali hingga 2025,” ujar Ahmad Natsir.

Untuk aksi pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM FAI pada saat ini adalah sosialisasi pola hidup sehat dan bersih, yang dirangkaikan dengan syawalan desa binaan bersama Drs. KH. Mawardi Pewangi, M.Pd.I.

Selain pencerahan tentang hikmah syawalan tim PKM ini juga melakukan pembagian masker, sanitizer, dan alat pencuci tangan.

Kepala Desa (Kades) Belapunranga yang menjadi tuan rumah mewakili masyarakatnya menuturkan, Muhammadiyah adalah inspirasi pergerakan pengabdian dan pemberdayaan. Kami berterima kasih atas kehadiran fakultas agama Islam yang ikut menghidupkan kebiasaan hidup sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, memudahkan sosialisasi untuk tetap waspada akan akibat dari kehidupan tidak sehat.

“Semoga bantuan masker, alat cuci tangan, sanitizer mendapatkan Ridha Allah SWT dan menjadi inspirasi. Disamping itu, Iqra dan Al-Qur’an akan kami jadikan motivasi menghidupkan gerakan lahirnya Hafidz dan Hafidzah didesa kami,” beber Kades Belapunranga.
