Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Sekretaris Front Pembela Islam (FPI), Munarman membantah keterlibatan pengawal Habib Rizieq Shihab (HRS) dalam penyerangan dan penembakan kepada polisi di Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek, pada Senin, 7 Desember 2020 dini hari tadi.
Dilansir dari kompas.com, Munarwan mengaku bahwa anggota FPI atau simpatisan HRS tak pernah memiliki akses senjata api.
“Tidak benar. Laskar FPI tidak pernah memiliki senjata api,” kata Munarman kepada wartawan siang tadi.
Dia pun menyesalkan atas pengakuan polisi bahwa enam yang diduga pengawal HRS tewas ditembak mati karena melakukan baru tembak dengan pihak kepolisian
“Tentu hal tersebut harus ada pertanggungjawaban secara hukum dari pihak yang melakukan pembunuhan,” sambungnya.
Sebelumnya, pihak kepolisian melaporkan penyerangan terhadap anggotanya di Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek pada Senin dini hari yang menewaskan 6 orang dari 10 orang yang diduga pengawal HRS yang hendak mengawal pemeriksaannya di Mapolda Metro Jaya siang ini
Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Fadil Imran dalam konferensi pers pada Senin siang menjelaskan bahwa polisi bergerak ke Jalan Tol Jakarta-Cikampek untuk menyelidiki informasi tentang pengerahan massa simpatisan HRS yang akan ke Jakarta.
Tepat di KM 50, polisi yang tengah membuntuti sebuah mobil yang diduga berisikan simpatisan HRS kemudian dipepet dan diserang oleh mobil tersebut.[]
