Ganas, Virus Corona Varian India B1617 Terus Menjalar di Nusantara

Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Sebaran mutasi virus corona penyebab Covid-19 varian B1617 terus bertambah di Indonesia. Teranyar, sebanyak 13 anak buah kapal (ABK) berkewarganegaraan Filipina yang melakukan bongkar muatan di Cilacap, Jawa Tengah, dinyatakan terpapar varian corona asal India itu.

Belasan ABK tersebut kini tengah menjalani isolasi dan perawatan di RSUD Cilacap. Pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap lantas menindaklanjuti temuan itu dengan melakukan penelusuran kontak erat terhadap tenaga kesehatan dan pegawai RSUD Cilacap yang menangani para ABK.

“Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan whole genome sequencing (WGS) yang dilakukan oleh Balitbangkes Kemenkes terhadap 13 anak buah kapal berkewarganegaraan Filipina yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 adalah varian India B.1617.2,” kata Bupati Cilacap, Tatto Suwarto Pamuji, Sabtu (22/5).

Sementara itu, Sekda Kabupaten Cilacap, Farid Ma’ruf mengatakan, 2 dari 13 ABK yang positif terinfeksi varian baru corona asal India sudah sembuh. Sementara 11 lainnya masih dirawat di RSUD Cilacap.

“Kelihatannya yang sembuh sudah dipulangkan ke negaranya. Kalau kapalnya sudah dibawa ke Singapura,” kata Farid.

Seirama dengan hal tersebut, Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta juga menemukan dua kasus penularan SARS-CoV-2 varian B.1617.2. Kasus itu ditemukan secara berkala melalui pemeriksaan whole genome sequencing (WGS) yang dilakukan Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan (Balitbangkes).

Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta, Widyastuti mengatakan, pihaknya mengirim 352 spesimen terduga mutasi Covid-19. Namun, baru 17 spesimen yang sudah selesai diteliti.

“Hasil yang sudah keluar dari Litbangkes ditemukan dua kasus dengan variant of concern (VoC) B.1617.2 India. Sementara 15 spesimen tidak ditemukan mutasi virus, dan yang lainnya masih menunggu hasil,” kata Widyastuti, dalam keterangan tertulis, Sabtu (22/5).

Widyastuti menyampaikan salah satu spesimen di antaranya adalah milik seorang tenaga kesehatan, sementara spesimen kedua milik warga negara India yang baru tiba di Indonesia. WN India itu dinyatakan tertular corona varian India pada 30 April. Ia dirawat di rumah sakit usai hasil tes PCR menunjukkan positif Covid-19.

Namun demikian, Kementerian Kesehatan menegaskan bahwa dua temuan kasus B1617 di ibu kota itu bukan merupakan temuan baru. Data Kemenkes masih mencatat terdapat 10 kasus B1617 India.

Rinciannya, seorang pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) asal Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara; dua orang WNI asal kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel); dan seorang WNI asal kota Prabumulih, Sumsel.

Kemudian, seorang WNI asal kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Sumsel; seorang WNI yang bekerja di kabupaten Gunung Mas, Kalimantan Tengah (Kalteng); dua orang WNI asal kota Palangkaraya, Kalteng.

Selanjutnya, dua kasus varian B1617 lainnya datang dari WNI Jakarta yang merupakan tenaga kesehatan dan seorang WN India yang masuk via Jakarta untuk mengunjungi keluarga domisili di Batam.

“Iya, [dua varian yang diumumkan DKI] kasus lama,” kata Juru Bicara Vaksinasi dari Kemenkes, Siti Nadia Tarmizi melalui pesan singkat kepada CNNIndonesia.com, Sabtu (22/5) malam.

Namun, Nadia belum memberikan respons atas temuan varian B1617 terhadap 13 ABK Filipina yang singgah di Cilacap itu. Bila temuan itu terkonfirmasi, maka sejauh ini sudah ada 23 kasus varian B1617 yang ditemukan di Indonesia. Kemudian 14 kasus varian B117 asal Inggris, dan 2 kasus varian B1351 asal Afrika Selatan.
