Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Fakultas Agama Islam (FAI) Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unismuh) Makassar menggelar Diskursus Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) di Blacksea Cafe, Makassar pada Sabtu (04/12/2021).

Tak tanggung-tanggung, pengurus BEM FAI Unimsuh mendatangkan dua narasumber hebat. H. Syahruddin Yasen (Direktur Lembaga Pendampingan Hukum dan Ahli Penyusunan Peraturan Daerah) dan Syamsuddin Karlos (Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan).

Aris Munandar, Ketua Umum BEM FAI Unismuh dalam pengantarnya menuturkan pentingnya menjunjung tinggi Hak Asasi Manusia dalam rana kampus. Mengingat, baru-baru ini terjadi pelecehan seksual di salah satu kampus yang berada di Riau.

“Salah satu Dosen di kampus tersebut melakukan pelecehan seksual terhadap mahasiswinya pada saat bimbingan proposal,” ungkap Aris Mundar, Mahasiswa semester 7 program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab tersebut.

H. Syahruddin Yasen, selaku narasumber pertama menjabarkan kronologi munculnya HAM. Kata dia, di Inggris dahulu telah ada konsep HAM. Terdapat di dalamnya konsep yang membuat ketentuan hak individu.

“Konsep HAM Barat bersifat antroposentris. Berfokus pada kebebasan manusia,” jelasnya.

Lanjut dia katakan, konsep Islam bersifat teosentris. Beban tetapi tetap mengacu pada aturan Islam, yaitu Al Qur’an.

Selain itu, Direktur Lembaga Pendampingan Hukum dan Ahli Penyusunan Peraturan Daerah ini juga menuturkan alasan kenapa banyak pelanggaran HAM di Indonesia. Kata dia, di era sekarang sudah jarang sekali ada kegiatan Diskusi Khusus (Diksus) HAM.

Hal senada dijelaskan oleh Wakil Ketua Komisi A DPRD Sulsel, Syamsuddin Karlos. Kata dia, HAM itu melekat pada diri manusia tanpa memandang ras, agama, ekonomi sesama manusia.

“Kebebasan HAM terikat dengan aturan UUD khususnya pada oknum aparat hukum (TNI/POLRI),” jelasnya.

Lanjut Syamsuddin Karlos, pelaku UUD yang tidak sesuai dengan budaya masyarakat disebabkan karena banyaknya budaya dan sangat kompleks.
