Pangkep, karebaindonesia.id – Upacara peringatan detik-detik hari ulang tahun(HUT) ke-76 Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia, tingkat kabupaten Pangkep digelar di halaman kantor sekretariat daerah kabupaten Panglep, Selasa(17/8/21).
Bupati Pangkep Muhammad Yusran Lalogau(MYL) bertindak selaku inspekur upacara. Upacara berlangsung khidmat dan sakral, meskipun digelar dengan jumlah peserta terbatas dan menerapkan protokoler kesehatan penanganan Covid-19.
Usai upacara, Bupati MYL mengajak dan mengingatkan masyarakat untuk terus mengenang jasa-jasa pahlawan bangsa yang telah memperjuangkan kemerdekaan.
Katanya, saat ini masyarakat dan bangsa Indonesia juga sedang berjuang. Berjuang melawan pandemi Covid-19 agar segera berlalu.
“Olehnya itu, saya mengajak masyarakat untuk terus patuh dan disiplin menjalankan protokoler kesehatan penanganan Covid-19. Semoga pandemi ini segera berlalu, Indonesia tumbuh, Indonesia tangguh,”katanya.
Usai upacara, diserahkan tali asih kepada veteran pejuang serta pemberian remisi kepada warga binaan rumah tahanan(rutan) kelas 2b Pangkep.
Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan ziarah ke taman makam pahlawan(TMP) Bungoro. Di TMP, peserta upacara memanjatkan doa dan tabur bunga.
Selanjutnya, Bupati dan Forkopimda mengikuti upacara Peringatan HUT ke-76 Proklamasi Kemerdekaan RI dari istana Merdeka, secara virtual.
