Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Pengurus Pusat GMKI menyikapi kondisi bangsa dan negara dibawah dua tahun kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo dan Wakil Presiden KH. Ma’aruf Amin.
GMKI mengapresiasi kinerja pemerintah khususnya penanganan Covid 19 yang berhasil dikendalikan sampai saat ini dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan vaknisasi yang tinggi.
Kemudian pemerintah juga berhasil mengendalikan ekonomi sehingga dapat tumbuh hingga 7,07% di kuartal II-2021.
“Namun ada beberapa catatan kritis di bidang pemberantasan korupsi, penegakan hukum, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, dan demokrasi” ungkap Ketua Umum PP GMKI, Jefri Gultom
GMKI menilai ada lima rapor merah dalam dua tahun kepemimpinan Presiden Joko Widodo dan Wakil Presiden KH. Maaruf Amin
Pertama, meskipun ekonomi tumbuh tetapi penduduk Miskin dan Pengangguran juga ikut meningkat Tahun 2020 – 2021. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), angka kemisikinan dari Maret 2020 – Maret 2021 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1.12 Juta orang. Dalam tahun yang sama, tingkat penganguran meningkat hingga 1.82 juta orang. Hal ini tentu tidak seiring sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup tinggi yakni 7,07%.
Peningkatan angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran terjadi akibat pandemi covid-19 yang berkelanjutan. Paket kebijakan pemulihan ekonomi nasional tidak tepat sasaran serta implentasinya mengalami masalah dan berpotensi merugikan keuangan Negara.
Implementasi kartu prakerja dianggap bermasalah karena KPK menemukan hanya sebagian kecil dari sasaran pekerja yang tedampak covid-19. Selain itu, platform digital memiliki konflik kepentingan dengan lembaga penyedia pelatihan seperti Ruang Guru yang dimiliki oleh Staf Khusus Presiden Joko Widodo. Selain itu, korupsi bantuan sosial yang dilakukan oleh Menteri sosial merupakan pencurian hak masyarakat di era pandemi.
Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja yang disahkan pada 2020 ikut memperburuk situasi tenaga kerja karena hanya mementingkan kemudahan investasi bagi para pengusaha. Pada visi-misi Joko widodo-Ma’aruf Amin tahun 2019 menekankan reformasi ketenagakerjaan namun fakta penganguran meningkat.
Kedua, Pemberantasan Korupsi Memburuk.
Korupsi masih terus terjadi hingga sampai tahun 2020 terdapat 1.298 terdakwa kasus korupsi yang membuat kerugian negara mencapai 56,7 Triliun. Presiden mengatakan komitmen untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang bersih dan ikut serta memberantas korupsi.
Namun faktanya, dua Menteri kabinet Indonesia Maju ditangkap oleh KPK dan mencoreng wajah pemerintah.
Belum ada keseriusan pemerintah dalam memberantas korupsi. Hal ini dapat dilihat adanya kebijakan pengalihan status kepegawaian KPK hingga 57 Orang dinyatakan tidak lolos dalam tes wawasan kebangsaan. Hal ini kontradiktif dengan pernyataan Presiden Joko Widodo yang menyatakan TWK tidak boleh menjadi dasar pemberhentian pegawai KPK. Sehingga, ada inkonsistensi dalam tindakan pengelolaan Pemberantasan dan Pencegahan Korupsi.
Ketiga, Penegakan Hukum.
Pola penegakan hukum Indonesia menjadi perhatian 2 tahun terakhir, penegakan hukum masih tebang pilih dan terkesan menunggu respon publik. Penegak hukum yang belum terlepas dari pola suap belum usai kasus yang terakhir dan menyita perhatian publik yaitu kasus jaksa pinangki yang menerima suap dari buronan Joko Tjandra hingga melibatkan petinggi Mabes Polri. Penindakan para penyalahgunaan jabatan tidak mengalami efek jera sehingga terus berulang, reformasi penegakan hukum tidak berjalan dengan baik.
Keempat, Pendidikan Tidak Merata.
Pengelolaan pendidikan Indonesia belum mengalami perubahan yang berarti, kebijakan mengenai pendidikan online tidak efektif dan diskriminatif, masih banyak daerah belum dapat mengakses internet. Sehingga para pelajar di daerah pelosok mengalami kesulitan proses belajar mengajar, kurikulum yang inkonsisten dan berubah-ubah hingga menimbulkan kegaduhan. Pada visi-misi Joko Widodo-Ma’aruf Amin di 2019 terdapat point mengembangkan reformasi sistem pendidikan namun hingga tahun 2021 sistem pendidikan masih diskriminatif dan tidak merata hal ini adalah preseden buruk bagi generasi masa depan.
Kelima, Demokrasi.
Iklim demokrasi Indonesia 2 tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan IDI (Indeks Demokrasi Indonesia) menurut laporan The Economist Intelligence Unit Pada 3 Februari 2021. Pada 2019 IDI 6,48 dan pada 2020 6,3 terendah dalam 14 Tahun terakhir. Dua dari lima indikator penilaian mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastus yaitu pada kebebasan berpendapat dan budaya politik sebesar 20%. penurunan tersebut terlihat dari beberapa hal pelanggaran demokrasi seperti penangkapan aktivis, pembubaran demonstrasi, tindakan represif aparat, hingga pembungkaman masyarakat melalui peretasan media sosial.
PP GMKI Melalui Ketua Umum Jefri Gultom meminta Presiden Joko Widodo untuk mengevaluasi kinerja para pembantunya yang jauh dari visi misi presiden.
PP GMKI juga mengharapkan pada pemerintah agar lebih terbuka untuk mendengarkan kritikan publik karena demokrasi menjamin kebebasan berekspresi dan berpendapat. Iklim demokrasi yang telah diperjuangankan sejak masa reformasi seharusnya dirawat dan terus diperjuangkan sehingga ada check and balances.
“Kami menilai 2 tahun terakhir ini tahun-tahun yang sulit namun tetap menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah. Karena rakyat sudah memberikan kepercayaan dan harapan,” Ujar Jefri Gultom.
