Jangan ego sektoral terhadap pimpinan tetapi bangun komunikasi efektif dalam mendorong kemajuan rumah sakit, katanya.
Ini yang dikatakan Sekda Jeneponto saat membuka kegiatan Pelatihan In Hause Training Komunikasi Efektif UPT RSUD Lanto Daeng Passewang Kab. Jeneponto Sabtu, (17/9/ 2022).
Hadir dalam kegiatan ini Direktur RSUD Lanto Daeng Passewang, drg Bustamin, S.KG M.Kes dan Nara Sumber RSUD Labuang Baji dr Wahida, RSUD.Wahidin Ns. Dewi.
Lanjut Sekda sampaikan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat penting bagi peserta, ungkapnya
“Saya berharap agar peserta dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan baik agar pelayanan kepada masyarakat lebih baik pula”, katanya.
Informasi yang dihimpun dari panitia bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan Diklat yang wajib bagi paramedis,
Peserta dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 125 orang berasal Puskesmas dan RSUD lingkup Jeneponto.
