Makassar, Karebaindonesia.id — Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Sulawesi Selatan, Muhammad Djufri menerangkan, proses sekolah (belajar) dari rumah masih diperpanjang hingga 19 September 2020 mendatang. Kebijakan tersebut diberlakukan untuk Kabupaten dan Kota di Sulsel.
“Kami masih menjalankan edaran Pak Gubernur yakni perpanjangan belajar daring. Kami pun sudah melakukan rapat koordinasi dengan semua Pemda,” ungkapnya, Selasa (08/09/2020) melalui sambungan Whatsapp.
Meski begitu, bagi daerah yang berada di zona hijau, pihaknya memberikan sedikit kelonggaran. Masing-masing sekolah bisa kembali menerapkan belajar tatap muka dengan beberapa syarat.
“Bisa, dengan catatan jika Kepsek SMA / SMK yakin betul telah memenuhi standar kesehatan yang dipersyaratkan. Silahkan mengajukan permohonan ke Pemprov Sulsel sehingga tim kami akan melakukan verifikasi ke lapangan,” sebutnya.
Ia pun mengapresiasi keinginan besar dari para siswa untuk kembali belajar di sekolah. Namun, ia tetap mengkhawatirkan dan mengutamakan kesehatan seluruh masyarakat.
“Kami hargai aspirasi adik-adik yang ingin segera sekolah. Tapi mereka juga harus punya izin dari orang tua untuk menjamin keselamatannya. Harus dipastikan tidak terjadi klaster baru,” pesannya.
Kendati demikian, Ia menambahkan, pendidikan sesuatu yang penting, namun kesehatan siswa adalah yang utama.
“Segera kita akan koordinasi dengan pemda setempat setelah lampu hijau diberikan, intinya kesehatan masyarakat lebih penting,” tutupnya.(*)
