Buteng, karebaindonesia.id – Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Buton Tenga (Buteng) di laporkan atas dasar diduga telah melakukan pembiaran tempat wisata, yang mana berdasarkan surat Edaran nomor 556.4/2050 tentang imbauan penutupan sementara tempat wisata/ hiburan yang terbit pada 11 Mei di tandatangani oleh Sekretaris Daerah provinsi. Salah satu poinya sangat jelas, diharapkan kepada para Bupati dan Walikota se-provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara agar melakukan pengaturan pada tempat wisata/ hiburan dengan mengkoordinasikan kepada pengusaha/pemilik/pengelola tempat wisata/hiburan untuk menutup/ tidak melakukan kegiatan pada objek wisata/ hiburan pada masa Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah mulai tanggal 13 sampai dengan 17 mei 2021.
Ketua aliansi mahasiswa peduli covid-19, Iwan, menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya telah melaporkan Kepala Dinas Pariwisata yang di duga telah lalai dan memberikan kebebasan untuk wisata sehingga terjadi kerumunan yang sangat padat dan berpotensi mengakibatkan penularan Covid 19 secara masif. Kata dia, di bukanya wisata dengan acara party di Pantai Mutiara Kecamatan Mawasangka sehingga firal di media sosial ini sangat mencederai penangan covid yang di bentuk oleh Provinsi Sultra.
“Ini tidak boleh di biarkan sehingga kami berinisiatif untuk melaporkanya. Sama saja kita hari mengikuti ajuran pemerintah namun pemerintah kabupaten Buton Tengah membiarkan begitu saja, saya rasa di tempat kerumunan wisata Pantai Mutiara Kecamatan Mawasangka, Kabupaten Buton Tengah yang sempat firal itu di duga di hadiri berbagai daerah”, tuturnya.
Pihaknya menambahkan, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara telah mengeluarkan surat edaran guna tidak terjadi kerumunan pada objek wisata/hiburan yang berpotensi mengakibatkan penularan Covid 19 secara masif. Namun pada tanggal 16 Mei Pemerintah Kabupaten Buton Tengah masi lalai dalam hal diduga melakukan pembiaran.
“Inikan bukan hanya melanggar surat edaran dari gubernur namun juga melanggaran surat edaran dari Kapolri yang mana di jelaskan surat telegram terkait penegakan protokol kesehatan Covid-19, surat telegram bernomor ST/3220/XI/KES.7./2020 tertanggal 16 November 2020 itu ditandatangani oleh Kabareskrim Komjen”, terangnya.
Kata dia, Salah satu perintah dalam surat edaran itu adalah agar jajaran kepolisian menegakkan hukum tanpa pandang bulu terhadap pelanggar protokol kesehatan yang mengganggu keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat.
“Apabila dalam penegakan perda/peraturan kepala daerah tentang penerapan protokol kesehatan Covid-19, ditemukan adanya upaya penolakan, ketidakpatuhan atau upaya lain yang menimbulkan keresahan masyarakat dan mengganggu stabilitas kamtibmas, maka lakukan upaya penegakan hukum secara tegas terhadap siapapun,” jelasnya.
Perlu di ketahui Polres Baubau menerima baik atas pelaporan duggaan kepala dinas pariwisata Kabupaten Buton Tengah yang telah di duga tidak mengindahkan Surat Edaran nomor 556.4/2050 tentang imbauan penutupan sementara tempat wisata/ hiburan yang terbit pada 11 Mei di tandatangani oleh Sekretaris Daerah provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
