Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Fadil Imran menyinggung ormas di Jakarta yang kerap melakukan ujaran kebencian di masyarakat. Dia menyinggung Ormas tersebut selalu menimbulkan ujaran kebencian dan penghasutan.
Hal itu disampaikannya saat diwawancarai wartawan di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Jakarta dilansir detik.com pada Jumat, 11 Desember 2020 hari ini.
“Apalagi ormas tersebut melakukan tindak pidana. Apa tindak pidananya? Melakukan hate speech, melakukan penghasutan, menimbulkan ujaran kebencian, berita bohong. Itu berlangsung berulang-ulang dan bertahun-tahun,” katanya.
Tidak hanya itu, tindakan ormas tersebut juga mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat. Ormas tersebut menurutnya malah merusak kebinekaan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
“Disamping ini tindak pidana, ini juga dapat merusak rasa nyaman masyarakat. Dapat merobek-robek kebinekaan kita, Karena menggunakan identitas sosial apakah suku apa agama, nggak boleh,” katanya.
Menurutnya pula, tindakan ormas yang kerap melakukan tindak pidana itu mengganggu investasi yang masuk di Indonesia. Dia pun mengatakan bahwa perlu penegakan hukum agar pembangunan perekonomian Indonesia berjalan baik.
“Supaya iklim investasi ini bisa hidup, pembangunan ekonomi butuh kepastian hukum dan keteraturan dan ketertiban supaya investasi bisa datang. Jadi hukum harus ditegakkan,” katanya.
Oleh karena itu, dia menegaskan pihaknya akan menindak tegas ormas yang mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat seperti kerumunan massal yang meningkatkan risiko Covid-19 yang menyebabkan korban di masyarakat.
“Siapapun yang melakukan kegiatan yang menyebabkan terjadinya kerumunan sehingga terjadi Covid-19, yang dapat menyebabkan korban baik keselamatan jiwa atau fisik, kemudian materil ya harus kita tindak,” tegasnya.[]
