Kembali, Menteri Ditangkap KPK, Mensos Juliari Batubara Jadi Tersangka Bansos Covid-19

Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menetapkan Menteri Sosial (Mensos) RI, Juliari Peter Batubara sebagai tersangka kasus korupsi program Bantuan Sosial (Bansos) Covid-19. Dilansir dari cnnindonesia.com, selain Mensos, KPK juga menetapkan empat orang lainnya sebagai tersangka.

 “KPK menetapkan 5 (lima) orang tersangka, sebagai penerima JPB (Juliari P. Batubara), MJS, AW. Sebagai pemberi AIM, HS,” kata Ketua KPK, Firli Bahuri pada Minggu, 6 Desember 2020 dinihari tadi.

Empat orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka meliputi pejabat pembuat komitmen Kemensos, Matheus Joko Santoso dan Adi Wahyono, serta dari pihak swasta, Ardian I. M. dan Harry Sidabuke.

Kasus korupsi Bansos Covid-19 ini terbongkar lewat Operasi Tangkap Tangan (OTT) KPK terhadap enam orang yang diamankan, antara lain Matheus, Direktur PT. Tiga Pilar Agro Utama yaitu Wan Guntar, Ardian, Harry, dan Sanjaya, serta Sekretaris di Kemensos Shelvy N.

Dalam OTT KPK, Tim Penindakan mengamankan barang bukti beripa uang sekitar 14,5 Miliar Rupiah yang terdiri dari pecahan Rupiah, Dolar Amerika Serikat, dan Dolar Singapura. Uang tersebut disimpan di dalam 7 koper, 3 tas ransel dan amplop kecil yang disiapkan Ardian dan Harry.

Dalam penjelasannya terkait korupsi Bansos Covid-19, Ketua KPK menyebut telah disepakati fee sebesar 10 Ribu Rupiah per paket Bansos yang diduga diterima Juliari.

Pada pelaksanaannya, paket Bansos sembako periode pertama diduga terkumpul fee senilai 12 Miliar Rupiah yang diberikan secara tunai oleh Matheus kepada Mensos melalui Adi dengan nilai sekitar 8,2 Miliar Rupiah.

Selanjutnya, uang tersebut dikelola oleh Eko dan Shelvy selaku orang kepercayaan Mensos untuk digunakan membayar berbagai keperluan pribadi politikus PDIP tersebut.

Untuk periode kedua, pelaksanaan paket Bansos sembako diduga terkumpul fee dari bulan Oktober-Desember 2020 sejumlah sekitar 8,8 Miliar Rupiah yang juga diduga akan dipergunakan untuk keperluan pribadi Mensos.

Atas kasus yang menjeratnya, Juliari Peter Batubara tiba di Gedung KPK pada Minggu, 6 Desember 2020, dinihari tadi. Mensos mengenakan jaket hitam, celana cokelat, topi hitam, dan masker masuk ke Gedung KPK didampingi oleh sejumlah petugas KPK.[]
