Karebaindonesia.id, Maros – Ketua Pemuda & Milenial Karang Taruna Sulawesi Selatan Terry Varian meninjau langsung para korban angin puting beliung di Kecamatan Maros Baru, Kabupaten Maros , Sulawesi Selatan, Jumat (17/6/22) malam.

Saat melihat langsung kondisi terkini para korban usai peristiwa angin kencang tersebut, Terry memberikan bantuan terdampak kerusakan.

Terry Varian mengatakan, berdasarkan data terkini dari BPBD total ada 160 unit rumah di Kecamatan Maros Baru mengalami kerusakan.

“Data sampai Sore ini sudah 160 unit rumah yang mengalami kerusakan, ada yang rusak berat terdiri dari kelurahan baju bodoa, kelurahan baji pammai, borikamase , seluruhnya ada 3 desa yang terdampak di Kecamatan Maros baru,” jelasnya.

Diketahui, pada Kamis (16/5/2022) sekitar pukul 15.30 Wita, angin puting beliung memporak-porandakan puluhan rumah warga, di 3 Desa dan Kelurahan, Kecamatan Maros Baru. Angin kencang yang datang ini ditandai dengan pusaran awan yang berubah menjadi angin layaknya tornado.
