Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Ketua Umum Partai Nasional Demokrat (NasDem), Surya Paloh terkonfirmasi positif virus corona (Covid-19) pada Senin, 23 November 2020 kemarin.
Dilansir dari Cnnindonesia.com, Surya Paloh menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Subroto, Jakarta.
Kabar tersebut dikonfirmasi oleh Sekretaris Jenderal DPP Partai NasDem, Johnny G. Plate.
“Betul, saya mendapat kabar demikian dan saat ini sedang dilakukan observasi lanjutan oleh tim medis RSPAD,” kata Johnny lewat pesan singkatnya kemarin
Terangnya lagi, kondisi kesehatan Surya Paloh dalam keadaan yang stabil.
Dia pun menyatakan bahwa kabar Surya Paloh positif Covid-19 ini membuktikan bahwa virus ini bisa menginfeksi siapa saja, termasuk yang selama ini patuh menerapkan protokol kesehatan secara tertib dan disiplin.
“Selama ini beliau melaksanakan protokol kesehatan secara tertib dan disiplin namun virus Covid-19 dapat berasal dan menyebar dari dan ke mana saja tanpa kita mengetahuinya,” katanya.
Tutupnya, dia pun memohon doa agar Surya Paloh segera pulih dan dapat beraktivitas normal kembali.
Surya diketahui dirawat di RSPAD Gatot Subroto sejak Selasa, 17 November 2020 lalu, karena sempat menderita sakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD).
