Karebaindonesia, Sinjai – Himpunan Pemuda Pelajar Mahasiswa Sinjai (HIPPMAS) menilai Keterbukaan Informasi Publik di Kabupaten Sinjai menurun.
Hal ini tidak lepas dari minimnya transparansi perencanaan, program dan kinerja Pemerintah Kabuten Sinjai.
Muhammad Riadi, Ketua Umum DPP HIPPMAS menilai hak-hak publik tersumbat beberapa tahun terakhir. Padahal, menurut Riadi, hak-hak publik di lindungi oleh undang-undang.
“Jauh sebelumnya, HIPPMAS telah menguji kinerja PPID dengan memohonkan data kepada seluruh SKPD, sayangnya dari seluruh SKPD yang kami surati hanya 5 SKPD yang menanggapi permohonan kami.” Ungkap Riadi.
Lanjutnya, bahwa tahun 2013 PPID Kabupaten Sinjai berkinerja baik dan menjadi tempat kunjungan belajar PPID. Bahkan, pada tahun 2021 Kabupaten Sinjai menempati urutan kedua dalam ajang penganugerahan keterbukaan informasi badan publik tingkat Provinsi Sulsel.
“Setahu kami, ada Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumen baik utama maupun pembantu di tiap-tiap SKPD. Kami mendorong pemerintah untuk mengaktifkan mereka agar hak-hak publik atas informasi dapat terpenuhi, termasuk PPID Desa.” Terangnya.
Selanjutnya, HIPPMAS akan berkonsultasi dengan Komisi Informasi Sulsel terkait pentingnya penguatan kinerja PPID di Kabupaten Sinjai.
