Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Ketua Umum Dewan Pengurus Pusat (DPP) Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (KNPI), Haris Pertama melakukan pertemuan dengan Menteri Hukum dan HAM, Yasonna Laoly pada Rabu, 11 November 2020 kemarin.
Pertemuan tersebut membahas berbagai permasalahan termasuk Surat Keputusan (SK) Menteri Hukum dan HAM untuk DPP KNPI.
Dalam pertemuannya dengan Yasonna Laoly terkait adanya beberapa (Dewan Pengurus Daerah) DPD KNPI versi Fajriansyah yang masih menggunakan SK tersebut.
“Pak Menteri menegaskan bahwa SK atas nama Fajriansyah sudah diblokir Kemenkumham. Jadi tidak bisa lagi digunakan,” ujarnya yang mengutip pernyataan Menteri Hukum dan HAM Yasonna Laoly di Jakarta pada Kamis, 12 November 2020 tadi.
Tambahnya, dia meminta jika ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan dengan adanya SK Fajriansyah tersebutb untuk dilaporkan ke Kemenkumham.
Haris Pertama menegaskan bahwa SK Menkumham versi Fajriansyah sudah tidak berlaku lagi untuk mengambil dana hibah.
“Jika ada yang menggunakan (SK Fajriansyah) maka silahkan dilaporkan kepada menteri dan lampirkan data-datanya,” tegasnya.[]
