Komunitas Pena Hijau Takalar menggelar peluncuran buku “Adikku Daeng Serang” di halaman Sekretariat KNPI Takalar, Ahad. 10/7/2021.

Adikku Daeng Serang, merupakan sebuah buku kumpulan cerita yang ditulis oleh Kasman MC Tutu. Kepala Sekolah Pena Hijau Takalar, Damar Al Manakku mengatakan pelaksanaan peluncuran buku ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Pena Hijau Takalar menggeliatkan gerakan literasi di Butta Panrannuangku.

“Peluncuran buku hari ini adalah salah satu giat membumikan literasi, sebagaimana napak tilas pena hijau sejak 2011 sudah menularkan virus-virus literasi pada generasi emas Takalar” kata Damar Daeng Manakku dalam acara peluncuran buku.

Peluncuran kumpulan cerpen bernuansa sejarah dan realitas sosial ini menghadirkan penulis buku best seller Sepatu Dahlan, Khrisna Pabichara sebagai pembahas dan Kasman MC Tutu selaku penulis.

Pelaksanaan peluncuran buku ini juga dihadiri oleh Ketua KNPI Takalar, Ketua Bawaslu Takalar, Kabid Minat Baca Perpustakaan Daerah Takalar, Ketua PC Pemuda Muslim Takalar, Ketua GP Anshor dan para pegiat literasi lainnya.

Kemudian dalam pembahasan buku Adikku Daeng Serang, Khrisna Pabichara mengatakan bahwa apa yang hadir dalam buku karya Kasman MC Tutu ini merupakan sebuah upaya bagaimana memahami sejarah keharmonisan Daeng Mattawang (Sultan Hasanuddin) bersama dengan Daeng Serang (Arung Palakka) yang dibesarkan bersama-sama.

“Dalam buku ini, penulis mencoba menggambarkan kepada kita akan keharmonisan mereka berdua, yang selama ini kita pahami tidak seperti itu. Juga cerpen lain dalam buku ini merupakan realitas yang terjadi di sekitar penulis tentang siri’ dan parakang.

Jadi saya harap teman-teman jika ingin menulis, tulislah yang terjadi di sekitar kalian” tutur penulis yang akrab disapa Daeng Marewa. Sementara Kasman MC Tutu, selaku penulis buku Adikku Daeng Serang turut menambah bahwa dalam penulisan buku ini memang merupakan sesuatu yang sangat dengan dengan kesehariannya. Banyak keresahan-keresahan yang saya dapati ,itulah yang saya tuliskan dalam sebuah cerita pendek.

“Seperti halnya perempuan bercadar yang diminta dilepas oleh pengurus masjid, ustadz parakang serta beberapa cerita sejarah lain yang kita anggap ganjal. Itu semua merupakan sebuah keresahan yang menurut saya harus diutarakan melalui tulisan” tambah Kasman MC Tutu.

Kepala Bidang Pengembangan Minat Baca Perpusda Takalar, Zainuddin Detol, mengapresiasi kegiatan yang digelar oleh Komunitas Pena Hijau Takalar ini. Menurutnya kegiatan ini telah menjadi sebuah dukungan kepada pemerintah untuk mengajak masyarakat takalar mencintai dunia literasi.

Seperti halnya Ketua KNPI Takalar, Asriadi Ali juga menyampaikan apresiasinya pada kegiatan ini, sebab menurutnya apa yang dilakukan oleh Pena Hijau ini adalah upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, dan KNPI sangat mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan yang mulia ini.

Sementara ketua Bawaslu Takalar, Ibrahim Salim yang turut membersamai launching buku ini mengatakan sangat mendukung kegiatan literasi ini, karena dengan melalui buku kita memberikan banyak sumbangsih ide dan pemikiran kepada pembaca.

“Seperti kemarin-kemarin, Bawaslu bersama Pena Hijau Takalar telah menerbitkan 2 buah buku mengenai pengawasan masyarakat terhadap pemilihan, ini adalah bagian mengawal demokrasi dengan gerakan intelektual” pungkas Ibrahim Salim saat memberikan tanggapannya.
