Lolos Program Kampus Mengajar, Begini Harapan Kajur PBA untuk Mahasiswanya

Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Tiga Mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (PBA) Fakultas Agama Islam (FAI) Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unismuh) Makassar lolos seleksi akhir Program Kampus Mengajar Angkatan II 2021 Kementrian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia setelah masing-masing mendpatkan pesan Email dari Kampus Merdeka.

Ketiga nama yang lolos di antaranya, Emil Salim (Mahasiswa PBA Semester 8), Aris Munandar (Mahasiswa PBA Semester 6), dan Muhsin Mubarak (Mahasiswa Semester 6). Emil dan Aris ditempatkan di UPT SPF SD Negeri Parang Tambung, sementara Muhsin ditempatkan di SD Inpres Kaili, Bantaeng.

Sebelum ditugaskan, para mahasiswa yang lolos wajib mengikuti Pembekalan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan II 2021 pada 23-31 Juli 2021. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, mahasiswa diarahkan untuk mengecek akun MBKM secara reguler dan mengikuti grup Telegram yang disediakan.

Mengetahui hal tersebut, Ketua Jurusan (Kajur) PBA FAI Unismuh Nur Fadilah Amin menyambut dengan harapan agar ketiga mahasiswa yang lolos mampu memberikan kontribusi di sekolah tempat mereka mengabdi selama 6 bulan ke depan.

“Tentu kami sangat gembira setelah mengetahui beberapa mahasiswa kami lolos dalam program Kampus Mengajar. Ini sangat membantu mereka dalam meningkatkan kualitas terlebih mereka yang tanda kutip dari jurusan Pendidikan,” ujar Nur Fadilah.

Lanjutnya, semoga dengan lolosnya mereka mampu menjadi motivasi bagi adik-adik mereka yang masih semester 4 ke bawah. Dari segi kuantitas, mahasiswa PBA memang masih minoritas di Fakultas, namun saya tidak pernah pesimis bahwa mereka punya kualitas dan punya daya saing yang cukup.

“Ada begitu banyak program kampus yang bisa dimanfaatkan mahasiswa. Pilihannya, meraih kesempatan atau tetap menjadi penonton,” tutupnya.
