Karebaindonesia.id – Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) sangat merespon aksi unjuk rasa hingga mogok kerja yang dilakukan para buruh dan mahasiwa di seluruh Indonesia selama tiga hari terakhir.
Dilansir dari Detik.com, Wakil Ketua Umum Apindo, Shinta Widjaja Kamdani merasa heran dengan upaya mahasiswa yang melakukan aksi unjuk rasa menolak UU Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja pada Kamis, 8 Oktober 2020 kemarin.
Menurutnya, UU Cipta Kerja disahkan untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja yang banyak sehingga akan juga dirasakan oleh mahasiswa yang membutuhkan pekerjaan setelah lulus perkuliahan.
“Mahasiswa itu kan pencari kerja nantinya. Jadi ini kan kita lakukan untuk mereka juga gitu supaya lapangan pekerjaannya ada. Kok malah didemo,” ujarnya kemarin.
Tambah, Shinta Widjaja Kamdani merasa tidak mengerti apa yang melatarbelakangi mahasiswa melakukan aksi unjuk rasa tersebut. Baginya, UU Cipta Kerja malah akan menguntungkan banyak orang, termasuk mahasiswa.
“Jadi kadang-kadang kita juga tidak mengerti nih tujuannya apa kok bisa ada demo-demo mahasiswa ini. Jadi ini mereka nanti setelah lulus mau kerja di mana kalau tidak ada kerjaannya?” Ungkapnya.
Tutupnya, UU Cipta Kerja ini akan solusi terbaik bagi semua orang karena berdampak positif di kemudian hari, tak terkecuali mahasiswa.
“Jadi kalau untuk mahasiswa yang namanya cari kerja, justru (UU Cipta Kerja) bagus untuk dia dong supaya dia bisa dapat pekerjaan.[]
