Makassar Zona Merah Covid-19, Pasar Tradisional Waspada, Basdir : Jangan Ke Pasar Dulu

Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Direktur Utama (Dirut) Perusahaan Daerah (PD) Pasar Makassar Raya, Basdir, merasa khawatir akan rendahnya penerapan aturan protokol kesehatan di pasar-pasar tradisional di Kota Makassar. Menurutnya, keramaian di pasar berisiko penularan Covid-19 akan menyebar dan menginfeksi semua orang di pasar-pasar tersebut.

Kekhawatirannya dipicu oleh jumlah kasus positif Covid-19 yang telah mencapai 5 ribu lebih orang. Basdir menyarankan untuk masyarakat dari zona merah agar menunda ke pasar untuk menahan laju jumlah kasus Covid-19 yang mengancam pembeli maupun pedagang.

“Kan data kunjungan ke pasar jauh lebih tinggi ketimbang orang ke mall. Kalau saran kami sebetulnya kalau bisa RT, RW, kelurahan memblok warganya yang ada di zona merah itu untuk tidak ke pasar.” Ujar Basdir dalam wawancaranya via telepon yang dilansir Menitiindonesia.com pada Jumat, 24 Juli 2020 lalu.

Tambahnya, pihak PD Pasar Makassar Raya berupaya untuk mengawasi aktivitas perdagangan yang berlangsung di semua pasar di Kota Makassar, walau Basdir mengakui beberapa pasar masih sulit mengontrol dalam memperketat aturan protokol kesehatan, seperti menerapkan jam operasional pasar-pasar di Kota Makassar, terutama pasar yang dibuka sejak pagi sampai malam.

Menurutnya, penerapan konsep New Normal tidak berjalan secara optimal yang menyebabkan masyarakat menganggap keadaan sudah kembali seperti virus Covid-19 sudah tidak ada.

“Warga banyak yang keliru menanggapi New Normal ini. Mereka menganggap tidak penting lagi menggunakan masker dan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Tak ada lagi istilah jaga jarak.” Ucap Basdir yang pernah menjadi Anggota DPRD Kota Makassar ini.

Meski demikian, Pihak PD Pasar Makassar Raya berharap untuk membantu dalam mencegah dan menangani wabah Covid-19 di pasar-pasar di Kota Makassar agar menyosialisasikan belanja via daring (online).

“Pemerintah Kota Makassar membantu kami dalam hal sosialisasi dan menggunakan aplikasi pemesanan ini sehingga menjadi contoh warga. Aplikasi Baruga Pasar Mall Tronik. Ada juga pemesanan Offline, menelpon langsung ke Admin kami.” Ungkapnya.[]
