Masyarakat Miskin Terjebak Skenario Pendidikan Akibat Pandemi Covid-19

Karebaindonesia.id – Sejak awal tahun 2020 hingga saat ini pandemik Covid-19 atau corona masih menyebar ke seluruh wilayah di Indonesia. Meskipun sudah melewati beberapa bulan lamanya terhitung sejak awal Maret 2020 hingga saat ini Oktober 2020. Menurut data per tanggal 13 Oktober 2020 total positif mencapai 340.622 kasus, meninggal 12.027 kasus dan yang sembuh 263.296 pasien.

Indonesia bukan hanya mengalami krisis atau masalah kesehatan saja, akan tetapi sudah merenggut ke seluruh aspek atau bidang kehidupan seperti kekacauan perekonomian yang salah satunya jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia semakin meningkat di akibatkan pandemi Covid-19. Menurut prediksi bank dunia, jumlah penduduk miskin di Indonesia bukan tidak mungkin akan mencapai 34 juta jiwa karena berbagai peluang untuk keluar dari suatu peristiwa pandemi Covid-19 seakan menemui jalan buntu. Upaya dalam menurunkan angka kemiskinan seakan sia-sia ketika imbas wabah Covid-19 tak kunjung selesai. Belum dapat dipastikan hingga kapan pandemi Covid-19 akan berakhir.

Sedangkan problematika atau permasalahan dalam aspek pendidikan yaitu belum seragamnya proses pembelajaran atau meratanya layanan pembelajaran, baik standar maupun kualitas dalam mencapaian pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Namum, Proses pembelajaran yang seharusnya dilakukan secara tatap muka kini ditiadakan sementara dan dialihkan dengan sistem belajar daring (online) dari rumah sesuai arahan Presiden.

Pemerintah telah menyiapkan skenario pendidikan sehingga pendidikan di Indonesia tetap dapat dilakukan dengan layak dan berkualitas. Deputi Bidang Koordinasi Pendidikan dan Agama Kementrian Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Kemenko PMK) Agus Sartono menuliskan skenarionya yaitu skenario sekolah di buka di akhir juli atau pertengahan agustus. Namun, sampai saat ini sekolah belum buka. Selanjutnya skenario berikutnya pesimis pandemi Covid-19 berakhir di akhir tahun maka pembelajaran daring dengan fokus ke daerah yang tidak mendapatkan akses listrik dan internet maka pemerintah bekerja sama dengan saluran TVRI agar dapat menfasilitasi sekolah yang tidak memiliki listrik.

Dengan adanya proses pembelajaran secara daring, maka masyarakat mestinya mengeluarkan dana pribadinya untuk biaya internet dan pembelian smartphone bagi yang tidak memiliki yang nantinya di gunakan sebagai alat belajar daring.

Terkait dengan biaya internet untuk belajar secara daring, dari total masyarakat yang beranggota keluarga yang masih bersekolah, bagi kalangan miskin atau kelas ke bawah mengalami keberatan untuk memenuhi itu semua. Yang dimana untuk makan saja mereka sangat pus ing dan kesulitan untuk mencarinya atau memenuhinya apalagi untuk memenuhi biaya internet yang ±Rp100.000/ bulan agar dapat melaksanakan belajar daring (online). Begitu pula dengan masyarakat kalangan menengah cukup kesulitan untuk melaksanakan sistem belajar daring ini. Wabah corona tidak hanya menipa masyarakat miskin, tapi juga masyarakat golongan ke atas di lapisan paling bawah. Banyak Kkelas menengah baru yang sebelumnya berkecukupan tiba-tiba kehilangan pekerjaan ataupun usahanya akibat daya jual yang semakin hari semakin anjlok.

Dengan adanya skenario sistem belajar seperti itu, terdapat bantuan dari pemerintah akan tetapi tidak merata pembagiannya. Melihat kondisi tersebut, bagaimana peluang masyarakat miskin dapat kembali bangkit dalam mengembangkan usahanya yang berskala mikro atau usaha kecil? Kebijakan pemerintah yang meminta masyarakat mematuhi protokol kesehatan tidak hanya membatasi dalam hal bersosialisasi dengan masyrakat lainnya. Akan tetapi, membatasi ruang gerak masyarakat miskin untuk bertahan hidup dan juga membuat roda perekonomian mereka lambat untuk dapat bangkit dan berkembang kembali di tambah lagi harus memenuhi kebutuhan anaknya untuk melanjutkan pendidikan dengan harus mengikuti belajar daring (online) karena layanan yang di berikan pemerintah tidak merta sehingga tidak semua dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupannya.

Di berbagai daerah, sudah bukan rahasia lagi kalau kehidupan masyarakat golongan menengah ke bawah sudah kembang-kempis agar dapat bertahan hidup. Daya tahan masyarakat miskin mungkin tidak lagi dalam hitungan bulan. Dalam minggu atau hari pun mereka kemungkinan akan masuk dalam pusaran kemiskinan yang mematikan.

Saat ini yang mereka butuhkan bukan sekadar bantuan sosial untuk bertahan hidup atau bantuan modal untuk mengembangkan kembali usaha mereka, melainkan kemungkinan harus berkompetisi dengan kelas sosial di atasnya, yang kini sama-sama berusaha bangkit dari keterpurukan. Bersaing dengan mereka tidaklah mudah karena kelas sosial di atasnya lebih berpendidikan, memiliki akses ke jaringan yang lebih luas, dan memiliki literasi digital yang luar biasa.

Semoga musibah yang sedang menimpa tanah air kita ini lekas membaik dan semoga kita dapat mengambil pelajaran dengan semua yang sedang terjadi saat ini. Dan semoga pemerintah berbuat adil dalam memperbaiki perekonomian di semua kalangan. Proses pendidikan segara kembali seprti semula. Jika betul pendidikan secara daring akan dilanjutkan. Maka seharusnya pemerintah menyeragamkan dari semua kalangan apakah mampu memenuhi aturan itu atau tidak. Oleh karenanya jika belajar daring akan di lanjutkan maka kita kembali melihat kondisi kalangan masyarakat bawah yang sulit untuk menajalankannya. Jadi sama saja hal tersebut belum di katakan tidak seragam jika di kalangan masyarakat masih ada yang tidak sanggup menjalankannya.[]
