Menakar Keterlibatan Sekda dan Kadis SosiaL Jeneponto pada Program Setan BPNT

Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Harapan dari Presiden RI. Ir. H. Joko Widodo, menciptakan suatu program yang luar biasa hebatnya seperti, program bantuan pangan non tunai ( BPNT ) / Sembako. Melalui Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia, agar keluarga penerima mamfaat ( KPM ) mendapatkan sumber karbohidrat dan protein hewani serta protein nabati, sehingga dapat berdampak pada aspek kesehatan masyarakat di tengah covid 19 ini.

Selain itu program ini pun di harapkan dapat menjadi bagian dari pada perbaikan ekonomi nasional untuk para pelaku usaha lokal / usaha kecil menengah. Namun harapan itu hanyalah sebagai teori semata, tapi pada pelakasanaannya justu program ini menjadi masalah baru di tengah kehidupan masyarakat.

Dirfan Susanto, salah satu aktivis yang tidak pernah berhenti berteriak lantang terkait seputar kejahatan yang terjadi pada lingkaran setan program BPNT. Dirfan Red, menilai adanya indikasi keterlibatan Sekda dan Kadis Sosial Jeneponto, dalam penunjukan supplier/ pemasok bernama Rahim Sila.

“Sebab sejak di mulainya program ini, Sekda dan Kadis Sosial tiap tahun selalu mengusulkan perusahaan Rahim Sila, meski adanya surat edaran untuk mengevaluasi E warung dan Supplier/ Pemasok, Tetap saja Kadis dan Sekda merekomendasikan Rahim Sila, ada pun penambahan Supplier di pertengahan 2020 itu hanya akal akalan Sekda dan Kadis Sosial untuk mempertahankan Rahim Sila selaku Supplier,” ujar Dirfan.

Lanjut Dirfan Susanto, memaparkan bahwa keterlibatan Kadis Sosial dan Sekda itu di ketahuinya, itu dari penyampaian Rahim Sila sendiri, dimana kala itu, saya sering bersama Rahim Sila, Iccank Sepupuh Rahim Sila, Adel yang Juga Anggota Dari Rahim Sila, dimana kala itu Rahim Sila menceritakan bahwa program setan BPNT di Je’neponto, bahwa dirinya ( Rahim Sila ) susah di gantikan / tidak akan pernah tergantikan jadi supplier di kabupaten Jeneponto.

“Kepentingan politiknya Sekda kalau dia mau maju nanti sebagai calon Bupati, bahkan Rahim Sila pun menceritakan hubungannya kepada para anggota Dewan Komisi Empat DPRD, sekarang sangat bagus, apalagi sering saya teransperkan beberapa orang untuk mendukung kepentingan dirinya. Selain itu Rahim Sila, juga bercerita kepada saya ( Dirfan Susanto ), kalau sebenarnya masuknya komuditi tambahan seperti sayur pada program sembako, itu adalah bisnis Ibu Kadis Sosial. Nah dari rangkaian cerita Rahim Sila, kepada saya,” lanjutnya.

Tambahny, saya meminta kepada Kapolda dan Kajati Sul-Sel. Agar segera memeriksa Sekda, Kadis Sosial serta Oknum Anggota Dewan yang ikut melakukan penyalagunaan kewenangan pada persekongkolan jahat Rahim Sila untuk menguasai/ memonopoli program BPNT/Sembako. Kemudian meminta kepada bupati dan wakil bupati, agar segera mencopot secara tidak hormat Sekda dan Kadis Sosial.

Karena jika tidak, maka kami patut mencurigai Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Jeneponto juga ikut mendukung tindakan kejahatan yang akan menjadikan program BPNT sebagai tunggangan politik di Pilbub mendatang,” tutupnya.

Dirfan Red berjanji akan membawa kasus Rahim Sila, Kasmin, Sekda dan Kadis Jeneponto ke KabagReskrim Mabes Polri Atau KPK setelah kajian masalah program BPNT di Sul – Sel. Telah di rampungkan oleh teman – teman. Sebab saya tidak berjuang dan berjalan sendiri.
