Pangkep, karebaindonesia.id – Bupati Pangkep Muhammad Yusran Lalogau(MYL) menghadiri peringatan Maulid nabi besar Muhammad SAW, di masjid Agung, Rabu(20/10/21).

Dihadapan jamaah, Bupati MYL terus mengingatkan agar tetap patuh dan disiplin menjalankan protokoler kesehatan(prokes) penanganan Covid-19.

Meski saat ini katanya, kasus Covid-19 di Pangkep terjadi tren penurunan. Akan tetapi, kepatuhan dan disiplin prokes tidak boleh ikut menurun.

“Alhamdulillah, kalau kita lihat data. Saat ini, kasus Covid-19 di Pangkep terus menurun. Tapi, itu tidak boleh membuat kita lengah. Kita harus tetap disiplin jalankan prokkes,”katanya.

Mantan ketua DPRD Pangkep itu juga mengajak masyarakat untuk ikut vaksinasi. Sebagai salah satu upaya memutus Covid-19.

Terkait peringatan maulid, Ia berharao bukan hanya sekadar kegiatan ceremonial. Akan tetapi, yang terpenting adalah meneladani sifat-sifat nabi Muhammad SAW, sebagai suri tauladan.

Ketua umum pengurus masjid Agung Pangkep, HM Lutfi Hanafi mengatakan, masyarakat sangat antusias mengadiri peringatan maulid nabi. Meski demikian, masyarakat tetap patuhi prokkes.

“Tentunya kita berharap kegiatan maulid seperti ini, bagaiamana kita bisa menumbuhkan rasa cinta kita kepada rasulullah. Menerapkan dan meneladani akhlak beliau dan segala kebajikan-kebajikan yang dibawa oleh beliau,”katanya.
