Makassar, Karebaindonesia.id — Operasi Yustisi untuk penegakan protokol kesehatan (ProtKes) covid-19 di Kota Makassar dimulai.
Hal itu ditandai dengan digelarnya apel pasukan bersama TNI, Polri, Kejari Makassar, Dinas Perhubungan, dan Satpol PP di lapangan Polrestabes Malassar, Senin (14/09/2020).
Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Makassar, Rudy Djamaluddin dalam sambutannya mengatakan, operasi yustisi penegakan protokol kesehatan ini merupakan instruksi langsung Presiden Joko Widodo.
Operasi ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kedisiplinan warga dalam mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Hal tersebut tentunya untuk menghindarkan penularan Covid-19 akibat infeksi virus Corona.
“Penurunan atau pelandaian tingkat keterpaparan Covid-19 di Kota Makassar harus dimaknai untuk kita menjadi tegas dalam penegakan protokol kesehatan. Kunci kesuksesan arahan pemerintah pusat ini terkait operasi yustisi ini adalah sinergi kita semua,” kata Rudy.
Ia menjelaskan, dirinya tidak menginginkan Kota Makassar kembali melakukan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Untuk itu, ia berharap kesuksesan operasi yustisi dengan meningkatnya kepatuhan masyarakat dan membuat protokol kesehatan menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat.
“Selamat bertugas bapak ibu, jaga kesehatan, lakukan pendekatan secara humanis dan persuasif tetatapi tegas terhadap protokol kesehatan,” jelas Rudy.
Sementara itu, Asisten I Kota Makassar, M Sabri mengatakan, sanksi denda bagi pelanggar protokol kesehatan di Kota Makassar resmi diberlakukan.
Dua perwali baru yang diterbitkn Pemkot Makassar terkait sanksi tersebut sudah disosialisasikan, sehingga jika melanggar maka harus membayar didenda mulai Rp 100 Ribu hingga Rp 20 Juta.
“Dua regulasi baru tersebut yakni Perwali 51/2020 dan Perwali 53/2020. Keduanya mengatur terkait sanksi denda yang tidak tercantum dalam Perwali 36/2020 yang selama ini menjadi acuan penegakan disiplin penerapan protokol kesehatan di Kota Makassar,” katanya.
Ia menambahkan, sanksi denda tersebut akan diberlakukan kepada masyarakat umum, pelaku usaha, hingga pengelola, penyelenggara atau penanggungjawab tempat dan fasilitas umum.
Kendati demikian, diharapkan seluruh pihak dapat mematuhi protokol kesehatan sesuai yang tercantum dalam perwali.
“Ada beberapa sanksi administratif yang diberikan bagi mereka yang melanggar protokol kesehatan. Sanksi itu tertuang dalam Pasal 7 Perwali 51/2020. Khusus untuk masyatakat umum, selain teguran lisan, tertulis, dan sanksi sosial, masyarakat juga diancam denda maksimal Rp100 ribu,” pungkasnya.
