Seperti yang dilansir New York Post (27/7/2020) dan Radio Free Asia (RFA) mengungkapkan bahwa hukuman yang diberikan karena mereka menulis dan bergaya layaknya orang Korea Selatan.
Pemerintah Korea Utara telah menyiapkan berbagai cara baik melalui bentuk hukuman dan dalam bentuk sosialisasi di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan agar mencegah masuknya budaya asing khususnya yang berasal dari Korea Selatan.
