karebaindonesia.id – Setelah berpuasa selama sebulan lamanya, tibalah waktu untuk seluruh umat Muslim merayakan Idulfitri. Tahun 2021 masehi atau 1442 Hijriyah belum juga menunjukkan akan musnahnya pandemi Covid-19, sehingga perayaan Idulfitri harus dilaksanakan dengan sangat memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Sosialisasi dari pemerintah setempat sudah gencar dilakukan agar pada pelaksanaan ibadah atau perayaan nanti tidak menimbulkan klaster baru. Hanya saja, masih banyak diantaranya yang memalingkan diri dari hal tersebut lantaran begitu euforia dalam menyambut hari raya tersebut.

Idul Fitri menjadi hari yang sangat istimewa karena pada waktu itu menjadi pertanda akan kemenangan dalam mengalahkan hawa nafsu. Oleh sebab itu kebanyakan kita mengartikan hari itu sebagai hari kembali fitrah, ibarat manusia terlahir kembali ke dunia. Namun Idulfitri di Indonesia hanya tampak sekedar pameran materi bagi kelompok kelas menengah hingga ke atas. Barang-barang serba baru dan branded menjadi jajanan untuk menarik perhatian sanak keluarga dan orang-orang di sekelilingnya. Padahal jika dimaknai lebih mendalam Idulfitri seharusnya dirayakan lebih dari itu.

Disebut Idulfitri karena pada momen itu manusia ibaratnya kembali suci seperti bayi tanpa dosa. Jika sebelumnya seorang manusia merasa telah banyak melakukan perbuatan yang menjauhkan dirinya dari Allah dan berbuat buruk pada sesama, maka pada hari Idulfitri harus kembali membangun diri menjadi penyembah Allah yang taat dan meninggalkan setiap larangannya. Ramadhan adalah sesi dimana manusia melatih diri untuk lebih dekat pada Allah dan berbuat baik. Dosa yang diperbuat selama ini akan terhapus dengan jalan taubat dan kesalahan terhadap sesama akan gugur ketika silaturahim kembali terjalin.

Momen Idul Fitri juga dapat menjadi waktu yang tepat untuk bermuhasabah atas segala kekeliruan yang pernah dilakukan termasuk selama bulan Ramadhan. Paling sering dipermasalahkan -mungkin setiap bulan- adalah aktivitas politik serta keputusan yang dibuat oleh pemangku kebijakan yang dianggap telah melakukan kekeliruan.

Hal ini dapat menjadi kendala untuk mewujudkan situasi bernegara yang demokratis secara sistem maupun etos politik. Kedua unsur yang disebut terakhir masih belum berimbang pada suasana Ramadhan kemarin, padahal keduanya berfungsi sebagai mekanisme demokrasi yang tidak mungkin hanya mengasalkan yang satu pada yang lain. Semangat mujahadah selama bulan mulia itu seharusnya terus ditarik ke hari-hari pasca Ramadhan, agar elit politik menyadari bagian kekeliruannya dan terus berbenah diri.

Aktualisasi Politik Humanis:

Jika menilik kembali kekeliruan yang diperbuat oleh pemangku kebijakan negara selama Ramadhan kemarin, telah mendorong berbagai tokoh bangsa serta pihak oposisi untuk terus mengkritik dan mengawasi pemerintah yang dianggap memanfaatkan bulan yang penuh ketenangan itu untuk bermain cantik. Sebut saja seperti dinonaktifkannya sekitar 75 pegawai KPK akibat dari pengadaan tes kebangsaan yang dilaksanakan oleh pihak internal KPK. Sempat ada isu yang mengatakan bahwa sikap ini diambil oleh petinggi KPK karena adanya “pesanan” dari penguasa untuk memberhentkan sejumlah pegawai kritis mereka dan cenderung berseberangan.

Sebelumnya, isu politik yang paling sering diperdebatkan adalah rencana tiga periode kepemimpinan Joko Widodo sebagai Presiden Republik Indonesia. Walapun sempat dibantah oleh Jokowi langsung, isu ini tetap menjadi pembahasan yang terus dikritisi oleh politisi di luar pemerintahan untuk menggagalkan rencana yang dianggap mencederai demokratisasi bangsa. Lalu kebijakan pemerintah dalam menyambut hari raya Idul Fitri juga diangap terlalu abu-abu. Setelah menerapkan aturan ketat tentang pelarangan mudik dan mobilisasi kerumunan, pemerintah justru membuka jalur untuk kedatangan sejumlah WNA asal Cina ke Indonesia. Keputusan yang begitu keliru oleh para elit politik memperlihatkan sulitnya filterisasi dalam menentukan kebijakan publik bahkan pada suasa Ramadan sekalipun.

Memang benar, manusia adalah tempatnya kekeliruan. Hanya saja jika sikap sewenang-wenang terus berlanjut tanpa menampung aspirasi masyarakat tentu akan menjadi kendala untuk menerapkan konstelasi ideal. Momen hari raya Idul Fitri menjadi kesempatan untuk pemerintah juga ikut bermuhasabah sekaligus melakukan reorientasi terhadap rancangan kebijakan yang segera diberlakukan.

Menurut Prof. Achmad Jainuri setiap manusia pada awalnya adalah makhluk yang baik, namun terdapat dua unsur penting dalam dirinya. Pertama potensi untuk berbuat baik dan kedua adanya potensi untuk berbuat jahat atau cenderung menyimpang. Beliau berpendapat bahwa dalam ajaran Islam semua orang itu adalah baik sebelum ia terbuki bersalah dan pandangan ini seharusnya dapat menjadi landasan aktivitas politik. Sikap tersebut akan membuat pelaku politik unuk senantiasa terbuka sekaligus meyakinkan seluruh elemen masyarakat bahwa setiap keputusan adalah yang terbaik untuk kebaikan bersama.

Keterbukaan ini penting agar solidaritas dan soliditas umat Muslim dapat terjaga. Pemaknaan Idul Fitri yang demikian akan mengarahkan bangsa dan negara pada suasana politik humanis yang memacu kembalinya gairah gerakan-gerakan civil society dalam demokrasi. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penerapan hukum yang adil dan mungkin dapat dengan cepat terwujud jika elit politik berani turut serta menginternalisasikan pemaknaan Idulfitri tesebut.

Mengarahkan suasana pemerintahan pada politik humanis berarti memperjuangkan prinsip kesamaan dalam bernegara seperti yang diidamkan oleh Montesquieu, yakni membuka akses kekuasaan pada semua orang, sehingga mereka selain menjadi rakyat yang patuh juga mampu untuk memerintah. Seperti itulah seharusnya, penghuni negeri Indonesia tidak hanya belajar memahami demokrasi, melainkan juga untuk melakukan perlawanan atas otokrasi secara dewasa. Selamat merayakan Idulfitri.
