Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Kepala Staf Kepresidenan, Moeldoko mengatakan bahwa UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law akan segera ditandatangani dan disahkan menjadi undang-undang yang berlaku oleh Presiden RI, Joko Widodo dalam waktu dekat.
“Tinggal menunggu waktu ya, tinggal menunggu waktu. Dalam beberapa saat setelah ditandatangani oleh beliau, segera diundangkan dalam lembaran negara,” ujarnya dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Staf Presiden, Jakarta pada Rabu, 21 Oktober 2020 lalu.
Terkait maraknya aksi unjuk rasa penolakan UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law, Moeldoko akan memastikan mengakomodasi aspirasi dari berbagai kalangan. Menurutnya, saat ini pemerintah tengah menyusun aturan turunan dari UU Cipta Kerja.
“Masih terbuka. Setidaknya akan ada 35 Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) dan lima Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) yang disiapkan sebagai tindak lanjut dari UU Cipta Kerja,” tambahnya.
Moeldoko mengungkapkan bahwa Presiden Joko Widodo telah mempersiapkan para menterinya untuk menyosialisasikan UU Cipta Kerja yang masih simpang siur di tengah masyarakat, termasuk ke organisasi masyarakat seperti Muhammadiyah dan Nahdlatul Ulama.
Selain itu, Moeldoko menjelaskan bahwa pembentukan UU Cipta Kerja dilakukan dengan pertimbangan jumlah angkatan kerja di Indonesia yang kian meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, ditambah jumlah pengangguran yang juga meningkat.
Menurutnya, pembentukan UU Cipta Kerja juga bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang menjadi problematika saat ini di tengah pandemi Covid-19.[]
