Program BPNT Dalam Bingkai Dialog Publik

Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Pengurus Besar Aliansi Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Prihatin Indonesia ( PB – AMPRI ). Kini semakin serius dan fokus mengawal Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai ( BPNT ) / Sembako. Hal tersebut dapat di lihat dari manuver pergerakan mulai dari setiap aksi ( Demo ) di beberapa Kabupaten / Kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hingga pada Audensi di Kantor Kementerian Sosial Jakarta Pusat. Tak hanya sampai disitu, AMPRI juga sementara di selenggerakannya Dialog Publik pekan depan di Aula Kantor Dinas Sosial. Sebagaimana Keterangan Ketua Umumnya Wahyu Ismaman saat di komfirmasi oleh media ini, terkait issu tersebut, dirinya memaparkan bahwa ada pun akan di selenggerakannya Dialog Publik yang bertema ” REFLEKSI SEMBAKO, ARAH KEBIJAKAN KEMENSOS DALAM BINGKAI KACA MATA PUBLIK ” itu tentunya kami sudah berkordinasi oleh pihak pihak yang berkompoten dalam hal ini pihak Kemensos dan Komisi VIII DPR. RI.

Wahyu Red, juga menambahkan semoga ada dilaksanakannya Dialog Publik tersebut, dapat menjadi Refleksi dari bobroknya sistem Pelaksanaan dan Penyaluran Program Sembako sebagaimana kita ketahui bersama, sehingga kedepan Pemerintah Pusat ( Menteri Sosial dan DPR. RI ) dapat melahirkan Kebijakan yang berdasarkan azas kebutuhan rakyat ( KPM ) dan juga acuan tehnis yang mengatur dengan jelas tugas dan fungsi TKSK dan Korda serta Kadis Sosial Kabupaten / Kota. Tandasnya.

Hal senada juga di sampaikan M. Akbar (Ketua HPMB) sekaligus Inosiator terbentuknya AMPRI. Menegaskan jika tujuan di laksanakannya Dialog Publik ini, agar publik dapat mengetahui seperti apa mekanisme pelaksanaan dan penyaluran Sembako, sebab sampai hari ini, publik masih di bohongi oleh oknum – oknum Kepala Dinas Sosial, Korda dan TKSK di beberapa Kabupaten / Kota. Itu terkesan menjadikan Program Sembako ini, sebagai tunggangan bisnis dan politik.

Lanjut M, Akbar. Untuk teman – teman seperjuangan yang selama ini yang ikut berdistribusi menuangkan Ide dan Gagasannya dalam perbaikan sistem Pelaksanaan dan Penyaluran Sembako yang dinilai bobrok di beberapa Kabupaten dan Bahkan Indonesia pada umumnya. Maka hari ini sudah saatnya kita menakar seperti apa keseriusan Pemerintah Daerah dan Pemerintah Pusat untuk perbaikan sistem Program Sembako tersebut, tentunya semua Kepala Dinas Sosial dan Korda 24 Kabupaten / Kota, akan di takar, artinya disinilah kita melihat, jika Kepala Dinas Sosial dan Korda itu tidak hadir, maka patut kita duga bahwa mereka adalah ” Dalang,” dari Oligargi / Mafia Pangan yang menggurita dalam Program BPNT / Sembako di Sulawesi Selatan.
