Rabu Hijrah menilai Yusuf Hamka Hanya ingin menghancurkan kredibel Bank Syariah

Pernyataan Jusuf Hamka yang mengaku diperas oleh salah satu bank syariah menjadi polemik di masyarakat. Pengusaha di sektor jalan tol itu mengkritisi perbankan syariah dari sisi dari sisi fleksibilitas pelunasan pembiayaan. Bos PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk. (CMNP) tersebut melabeli bank syariah kejam dalam praktik bisnisnya. Phirman Rezha, Chairman Rabu Hijrah mengatakan Kalau sebaiknya publik harus tau duduk permasalahan sebenarnya, dan yang bersangkutan bisa memberikan klarifikasi dan statement yang mengudukasi masyarakat, bukan terindikasi menjatuhkan pamor bank Syariah.

“Statemen bank syariah lebih kejam dari bank konven dan lintah darat, sangat kontra produktif dan masuk ke pencemaran nama baik industri keuangan syariah kalau tidak segera membuat statement klarifikasi resmi” Ujar Phirman Senin Sore (26/7/2021).

Phirman juga menegaskan banyaknya keganjilan dalam statement publik bapak jusuf hamka sehingga perlu untuk dicermati dan didudukkan Bersama, sehingga masyarakat tidak salah kaprah terhadap ekonomi Syariah.

“Yang perlu di gali dari beliau kenapa menyebut bank syariah bagi hasil? Kenapa minta turun bunga? Padahal infonya beliau mengambil Akad Murabaha (margin based), Pelunasan percepat ditolak apakah bayar full pokok margin yang ditolak atau karena cuma mau bayar pokok saja, soalnya kami melihat ada Indikasi beliau ingin melanggar akad di awal dengan memanfatkan Momen Pandemik” tambahnya.

Phirman yang juga merupakan Wakil Ketua Komite Ekspor Halal Pengurus Pusat Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah juga memberikan ultimatum agak bapak jusuf hamka segera memberikan klarifikasinya.

“jangan sampai karena keributan ini, kredibilitas Bank Syariah malah jatuh ditengah sedang berkembang pesatnya peningkatan bank Syariah, dan kita tau juga banyak yang tidak senang dari tumbuh positifnya industri keuangan syariah akhir-akhir ini.” tutup Phirman.

Sebelumnya, Bapak Jusuf Hamka mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya mengalami pemerasan oleh agency sindikasi bank syariah swasta. Ini terjadi saat dirinya berniat melunasi utang perusahaan sebesar Rp 796 miliar lantaran tak sanggup membayar besaran bunga 11 persen.
