Ranperda Perubahan Status PD Pasar Makassar Raya telah Disepakati

Makassar, Karebaindonesia.id — Ketua DPRD Kota Makassar, Rudyanto Lallo telah mengetuk palu terkait persetujuan tindak lanjut pembahasan Ranperda Perusda Pasar Makassar Raya menjadi Perumda. Pada sidang Paripurna di DPRD kota Makassar, Jum’at (11/09/2020).

Sejumlah Fraksi yang hadir dalam sidang paripurna langsung mengaminkan ranperda tersebut yang mengusulkan perubahan status PD Pasar yang awalnya berstatus Perusda menjadi Perumda. Perubahan tersebut dimungkinkan usai sidang.

“Tadi itu paripurna tanggapan prakarsa ranperda. Pembicaraan tingkat satu kalau setuju di sini baru dibahas lebih lanjut di tingkat pansus.” Ketua DPRD Kota Makassar, Rudianto Lallo.

PD Pasar dinilai sudah siap ‘naik kelas’ menjadi Perumda baik dari aspek administrasi hingga persyaratan pendukung lainnya sesuai dengan PP 54 tahun 2017 bahwa Perusda bisa berubah bentuk menjadi Perumda.

Rudi menambahkan, jadi naskah akademik yang telah dibuat kecenderungannya memang ke Perumda, sehingga Bapemperda sudah sepakat maka akan berlanjut untuk dijadikan Ranperda di Pansus untuk perubahan bentuknya nanti.

Dijelaskan Perumda tetap kepemilikannya ada di tangan Pemerintah kota. Lain halnya dengan Perseroda yang betul-betul dibuka ke publik untuk mendatangkan investor sebanyak-banyaknya.

Menanggapi hal itu, Direktur Utama PD Pasar, Basdir mengatakan, dengan dirubahnya menjadi Perumda, keterlibatan pemerintah kota bukan hanya fokus pada profit atau PAD, tapi juga sisi pelayanan ditingkatkan.

“Semoga tahun ini PD Pasar sudah berubah bentuk menjadi Perumda. Agar pedagang dan pengunjung sama-sama nyaman.” harap Basdir yang hadir di rapat tersebut bersama Direktur Umum, Nuryanto G Liwang dan Direktur Operasional, Saharuddin Ridwan.
