Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Rumah Baca Pesisir (RBP) beserta Forum Mahasiswa Beasiswa Aspirasi Tamsil Linrung (Formasita) dan Pimpinan Komisariat (Pikom) Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah (IMM) Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (FMIPA) Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas) laksanakan Kelas Menulis Esai via Zoom, kamis (26/11/2020).

Kegiatan kelas menulis yang bertemakan “Mari Menulis Esai” ini diikuti oleh 38 peserta dari berbagai daerah dan mengundang penulis buku “Negeri Statistik” yang juga aktif menulis esai dan pernah menjuarai beberapa lomba kepenulisan diantaranya juara satu lomba menulis esai Muamalah Fair 2019, Ahmad Akbar sebagai pemateri.

Ahmad Akbar memaparkan beberapa motivasi tentang pentingnya menulis dan tips untuk menjadi seorang penulis.

“Manulislah sebagai kontribusimu untuk kehidupan dan jangan tunggu waktu luang untuk menulis tetapi luangkanlah waktumu untuk menulsi, buat jadwal rutin setiap hari untuk menulis agar kamu terbiasa karena seperti kata pepatah ala bisa karena biasa,” ungkapnya.

Lebih lanjut, Ahmad akbar menceritakan pengalamannya dalam menulis esai.

“Jika terhambat dengan kelemahan memulai tulisan maka saya biasa memulai tulisan dari isi ataupun penutup karena yang menjadi kendala terbesar seorang penulis pemula adalah memulai,” ucapnya.

Di sisi lain panitia kegiatan kelas menulis, Yusran mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan item ke-dua dari Kegiatan pekan Literasi.

“Kegiatan kelas menulis ini sudah berlangsung dua sesi dan merupakan item ke-dua dari Pekan Literasi yang sudah berlangsung selama beberapa hari, dimana sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan Webinar Nasional,” ungkapnya.

Lebih lanjut, Yusran juga menyampaikan tujuan diadakannya kelas menulis.

“kegiatan ini diadakan untuk membangkitkan semangat masyarakat dalam berliterasi dan mampu menghasilkan karya berupa tulisan,” tutupnya.
