Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Wakil Ketua DPRD Sulawesi Selatan, Syaharuddin Alrif mengaku siap menyambut baik kedatangan vaksin Covid-19 di Sulsel yang akan didistribusikan dalam waktu dekat ini.
Bahkan, tokoh petani Porang ini mengaku ingin menjadi orang pertama yang divaksin Covid-19 sebagai upaya memutus penyebaran Covid-19 di Sulsel dan Indonesia.
“Kalau sudah dimulai vaksin di Makassar, saya siap jadi yang pertama, orang yang jadi percobaan untuk divaksin di Sulsel,” tegasnya saat diwawancarai pada Kamis, 17 Desember 2020 hari ini.
Sebelumnya, Vaksin Covid-19 sudah masuk ke Indonesia dan sementara dalam proses pendistribusian ke seluruh wilayah di Indonesia, termasuk Sulsel dan Makassar.
Vaksin Covid-19 yang bernama vaksin Sinovic. Saat ini, sudah ada 1,2 juta vaksin Sinovic yang sudah tiba di Indonesia.
Presiden RI Joko Widodo menegaskan bahwa biaya vaksin Covid-19 digratiskan untuk seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Langkah ini dilakukan setelah pihaknya menerima masukan dari berbagai elemen masyarakat.
“Setelah menerima banyak masukan masyarakat dan melakukan kalkulasi ulang, melakukan perhitungan ulang mengenai keuangan negara, dapat saya sampaikan bahwa vaksin COVID-19 untuk masyarakat adalah gratis,” ungkapnya dilansir kanal YouTube Sekretariat Kepresidenan.[]
