Gowa, karebaindonesia.id – Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) Pendidikan Bahasa Arab (PBA) UNISMUH Makassar menggelar camping tahunan dengan tema, “Bangga Berbahasa Arab” di Hutan Pinus Lembanna Malino Gowa, pada Kamis 19 November 2020 kemarin malam.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh mahasiswa baru jurusan PBA. Didampingi oleh pengurus HMJ, mereka dituntun untuk merasa bangga menjadi mahasiswa PBA.
Sekretaris jurusan PBA, Ibrahim mengajak para mahasiswa baru secara khusus dan seluruh elemen yang hadir pada kegiatan ini untuk terus belajar.
Katanya, mulai semester depan, khusus untuk mahasiswa baru akan mengikuti program konversi atau kuliah di Ma’had Al-bir selama dua tahun.
“Kami sudah merencanakan bahwa kita akan mengonversi nilai ujiannya sekitar 70%,” tegasnya di hadapan mahasiswa baru.
Lanjutnya, untuk semester tiga, lima, dan selanjutnya yang belum sempat menikmati program kuliah di Ma’had Al-bir, kami akan menindak lanjuti dengan memberikan belajar tambahan.
“Sehubungan dengan adanya undangan pertukaran mahasiswa dari MDS Yogyakarta, Solo, ada juga di Gontor, bahkan kalau memungkinkan kita berangkat ke Sudan. Saya menantang adinda sekalian untuk menerima undangan ini,” tutupnya dalam sambutan pembukaan kegiatan tersebut.
