Majalengka, karebaindonesia.id – Tujuh pelaku azan jihad asal Majalengka, Jawa Barat yang videonya viral di media sosial akhirnya meminta maaf secara resmi dalam sebuah video yang dirilis Rabu, 2 Desember 2020 hari ini.

Dilansir dari detik.com, salah satu pelaku yang ada di video tersebut menyatakan permohonan maaf baik dalam lisan maupun tertulis di atas materai enam ribu. Pelaku mengaku perbuatannya itu membuat kegaduhan di tengah masyarakat.

“Melalui surat pernyataan ini kami tujuh orang memohon maaf kepada semua pihak, atas video yang sempat viral sebelumnya. Permohonan maaf ini kami sampaikan kepada warga Desa Sadasari, pemerintah desa dan seluruh umat Islam di seluruh tanah air,” kata Anggi Wahyudin, salah satu pelaku.

Tambahnya, dia mengaku bahwa video tersebut telah berbau SARA dan isu agama yang sensitif. Meski demikian, apa yang dilakukannya tidak ada tendensi kepada pihak manapun.

“Kami tidak bermaksud memfitnah, menuduh, menyerang pihak manapun. Jika ada pihak yang merasa risih dan tidak nyaman, kami memohon maaf dari lubuk hati yang paling dalam dan kami mengaku bersalah,” ungkapnya.

Sebelumnya, Pemerintah Kabupaten Majalengka mengambil langkah cepat menyikapi viralnya video azan “hayya alal jihad” yang dilakukan tujuh orang warganya.

Atas hal tersebut, Bupati Majalengka, Karna Sobahi langsung menginstruksikan Camat Argapura untuk menyelidiki kebenaran video tersebut dan segara mengambil tindakan tegas agar persoalan ini tidak meluas.[]
