Karebaindonesia.id, Makassar – Celebes Research Center (CRC) merilis survei persepsi masyarakat terhadap Layanan Publik Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Makassar dalam Refleksi Akhir Tahun 2022, di Hotel Four Point by Sheraton, Rabu (28/12/2022) malam.
Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dirilis CRC, indeks kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja Wali Kota Makassar Moh Ramdhan Pomanto mencapai 79,5%.
Hasil survei indeks kepuasan masyarakat yang dirilis CRC, kata Danny Pomanto sebagai bentuk transparansi kinerja Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Makassar.
Bentuk transparansi itu dibuktikan dengan diumumkannya lima OPD dengan capaian kinerja terendah. Salah satunya Bagian Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa (BLPBJ).
“Inilah bentuk transparansi kita dan tidak ada pemerintah daerah yang transparan seperti ini. Semua orang berhak tahu, apa yang dilakukan dan apa persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja kita,” ujarnya.
Hasil survei kinerja Danny Pomanto sebagai Wali Kota Makassar 79,5%. Rinciannya, 69,5% puas dan 10% sangat puas.
Keluarnya hasil survey CRC ini, Alumni Ilmu Pemerintahan Unismuh Ruslan biasa disapa Fadhel Ruslan menilai bahwa apa yang disampaikan CRC sangat berbanding lurus atas capaian kerja nyata dengan berbagai inovasi yang bermanfaat dari Wali Kota Makassar Danny Pomanto.
“Tidak hanya itu , SKPD juga seakan tidak mau kalah dengan capaian wali kota, berbagai inovasi dihadirkan dan mendapat penghargaan” ungkap, fadhel ruslan
SKPD yang ada dalam lingkup pemerintahan kota makassar juga terus berinovasi dan tentunya mendapat penghargaan dari wali kota makassar
Adapun SKPD yang meraih penghargaan antara lain, Dinas Perpustakaan dengan inovasi mini Pustaka mart, RSUD Daya dengan inovasi Jampangi (Jangkauan Maksimal Pelayanan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak Terintegrasi), Puskesmas Ballapparang dengan inovasi Si-Gadis (Siswa dan Tenaga Pendidik Sehat).
Selanjutnya, Puskesmas Toddopuli dengan Inovasi Gita Centil (Gerakan Gigi Sehat Calon Pengantin dan Ibu Hamil), Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) dengan inovasi Perisai Dukcapil, dan terakhir Puskesmas Mamajang dengan inovasi Puskesmas Mamajang.
