Tarung dan Gerakan Politik Kaum Pemuda di Pilkada Maros

Karebaindonesia.id – Per tanggal 04 September 2020, Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD) di setiap daerah mulai membuka pendaftaran Calon Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah jalur partai politik secara serentak hingga tanggal 06 September 2020. Tak ketinggalan, Kabupaten Maros juga menjadi bagian perhelatan Pilkada secara serentak di Indonesia.

Jauh-jauh hari, masyarakat warung kopi telah memprediksi bahwa di Kabupaten Maros akan diikuti oleh tiga pasangan calon sebagai kandidat. Mendekati tahapan pendaftaran, partai politik yang punya kursi di Kabupaten Maros sebagai tiket masuk “arena” telah habis “diboyong” oleh para kandidat. Alhasil, sejak kemarin (04 September 2020) hingga hari ini (05 September 2020) tiga pasangan calon ini telah resmi mendaftarkan diri ke KPUD Kab. Maros via jalur partai politik.

Jumat pagi diawali oleh pasangan H. A. Harmil Mattotorang – H. A. Ilham Najamuddin. Siangnya, dilanjutkan oleh pasangan H. Tajerimin-H. Havids Pasha. Sabtu siang dilanjutkan oleh pasangan H. A. S. Chaidir Syam – Hj. Suhartina Bohari. Masing-masing memulai dengan deklarasi di Posko Induk masing-masing kemudian bersama pendukungnya mendaftarkan diri di kantor KPUD.

Momentum deklarasi dan pendaftaran diri ini adalah sebuah awal pembuktian kekuatan politik masing-masing kandidat. Kehadiran para tokoh politik, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh pemuda, para simpatisan dalam momentum tersebut menjadi sebuah simbol atau alat ukur bagaimana kekuatan politiknya di hari-hari selanjutnya.

Hal ini menjadi penting, sebab dalam dinamika kehidupan, termasuk kehidupan politik, kesan pertama merupakan ingatan yang akan selalu awet dalam kepala manusia. Menciptakan kesan pertama ini merupakan tugas berat bagi para tim mereka. Apalagi dalam politik, tarung konsep dan massa yang hadir menjadi bagian penting dalam meletakkan “doktrin” politik di kepala para pemilih.

Sebenarnya, tidak ada yang begitu istimewa yang ditampilkan oleh para kandidat dalam deklarasi dan pendaftarannya. Masing-masing hampir memiliki konsep yang sama dalam menyajikan momentum tersebut. Diawali doa dan dzikir, perketat protokol kesehatan, orasi para tokoh politik, undang tokoh masyarakat, berjalan kaki menuju kantor KPUD dengan seragam yang masing-masing kandidat. Dominan seperti itu yang tampil dalam realitas maupun yang ditayangkan di sosial media. Tak ada hal unik yang bisa benar-benar melekatkan pada ingatan.

Namun, di sisi lain, kita harus mengangkat topi dengan kehadiran kaum muda pada masing-masing kandidat di momentum tersebut. Kaum muda tidak hanya hadir sebagai “pasukan hore” yang hadir bertepuk tangan, teriak yel-yel, dan makan nasi dos dan minum kopi usai acara. Mereka yang muda telah membuktikan dirinya sebagai playmaker. Menjadi Liason Officer (LO), juru bicara (jubir), mengatur konsep deklarasi (event organizer), penayangan di sosial media, hingga membentuk dan mengomandoi tim-tim relawan sendiri.

Kita patut bersyukur jika anak muda telah “melek” politik, meskipun beberapa ada yang aktif maupun pasif. Orientasinya pun pasti berbeda-beda, ada yang memang karena panggilan ideologis, platform partai, kesenangan, mengisi kekosongan, hubungan emosional, atau sekadar ikut “perintah” senior. Tapi hal itu tidak menjadi persoalan, selama dia sudah mau “menceburkan” diri ke ruang itu, setidaknya itu sudah menjadi ekstrakurikuler pendidikan dan pengalaman politik yang belum massif dihadirkan oleh partai politik sebagai tugasnya yang dituangkan dalam konstitusi.

Jika kita mengadopsi isi kepala Harold Geneen “kepemimpinan tidak dapat dipelajari, tapi diajarkan melalui pengalaman”, sudah mampu diterapkan oleh masing-masing kandidat. Bahwa pembentukan karakter dan mental kepemimpinan politik kaum muda hari ini dapat didapatkan melalui momentum pilkada ini. Meskipun memiliki porsi yang berbeda-beda, namun dapat meletakkan “batu pondasi” politik kepada mereka. Sisa para kandidat ini benar-benar memberikan ruang yang baik dan kepercayaan kepada golongan muda untuk memaksimalkan ide dan gagasan politik mereka.

Masing-masing kandidat telah memiliki kelompok pemenangan yang bergenre pemuda. Entah dilibatkan sebagai tim kreatif, sosial media, ataupun memang konseptor pemenangan dalam mendulang suara. Pemuda ini harus memanfaatkan dengan baik kepercayaan tersebut, memberikan pandangan kepada pemuda lainnya bahwa politik hari ini benar-benar telah “milenial”. Tidak kaku dan benar-benar “segar”. Bahwa politik tidak lagi menjadi ajang saling hasut, menciptakan benci, bahkan saling “memukul”. Tapi, dapat menguatkan pandangan bahwa politik adalah “permainan” yang mengasyikkan dan menyenangkan untuk anak muda. Menampilkan ide-ide kreatif dan inovatif dalam mendukung “jagoan” masing-masing.

Momentum deklarasi dan pendaftaran telah kita lihat bagaimana masing-masing kandidat memunculkan anak muda untuk ambil andil. Selanjutnya, tiga bulan ke depan adalah ajang pembuktian kelompok pemuda masing-masing kandidat untuk memberikan warna baru dalam politik serta “angin sejuk” yang mampu merangsang pemuda lainnya yang jumlahnya sekitar 40 persen di tanah ini untuk berpartisipasi dalam setiap momen politik di Kabupaten Maros.

Pemilihan umum adalah pesta demokrasi. Namanya pesta, sebuah diksi yang melekat pada kesenangan para anak muda. Pesta ini harus benar-benar diciptakan menjadi nyaman. Pesta yang saling memeluk, bukan saling merajuk. Pesta dengan segala “makanan” yang beraneka rupa dihidangkan, dan kita yakin, jika anak muda yang menjadi kokinya, maka akan nikmat disantap. Mari kita tunggu tanggal mainnya![]
