karebaindonesia.id – Delegasi Kesatuan Aksi Mahasiswa Muslim Indonesia Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan (KAMMI Sulsel) mengikuti Workshop Korps Instruktur Nasional (KIN) pada 9-12 September 2021 di Shafwah Resort Tangerang Selatan. Workshop KIN tersebut dihadiri langsung oleh 26 instruktur dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia setelah melalui serangkaian seleksi yang padat. Mulai dari pemberkasan, tes tertulis dan tes wawancara.
Workshop KIN tersebut bertujuan untuk menguatkan pengkaderan KAMMI sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas kader yang merata di seluruh Indonesia.
“Korps Instruktur Nasional hadir untuk mengisi ruang-ruang pengaderan, khususnya pengaderan tingkat lanjut yang akan digelar secara merata di seluruh wilayah di Indonesia.”, ungkap Rijal, Ketua Bidang Pembinaan Kader PP KAMMI.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, KAMMI Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan meluluskan dua orang kadernya yakni Ahmad Akbar yang merupakan Ketua Umum dan Muhammad Faisal Tanjung Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal.
Menurut Akbar, Workshop KIN ini sangat penting karena akan melahirkan rumusan sekaligus struktur pengurus yang siap sedia dengan komitmen dan kompetensi dalam Mengkader
Senada dengan Akbar, Faisal menjelaskan bahwa Keikutsertaan KAMMI Sulsel di KIN akan membawa angin segar bagi pengkaderan KAMMI di tingkat komisariat, daerah, hingga wilayah di lingkup Sulawesi Selatan bahkan Indonesia Timur secara umum.
