TWK KPK Mesti Lepas Hijab, DPP PKS: Ini Janggal dan Tendensius

Jakarta, karebaindonesia.id – Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (DPP PKS) mengkritisi soal seputar melepas jilbab di dalam tes wawasan kebangsaan (TWK) dalam rangka alih status pegawai Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).
Kritik itu disampaikan menyusul pengakuan salah seorang pegawai KPK yang mengaku ditanya oleh penguji apakah pegawai tersebut bersedia melepas jilbab demi tugas negara.

Menurutnya, pertanyaan itu janggal dan tendensius sehingga hasil TWK dalam rangka alih status pegawai KPK menjadi ASN sebaiknya dibatalkan.

“Demi kemaslahatan lembaga dan publik, lebih baik dibatalkan saja hasilnya,” kata Bukhori, Senin (10/5).

Ia juga menilai, pelaksanaan TWK dalam rangka alih status pegawai KPK menjadi ASN telah mengabaikan ketentuan yang telah diatur oleh konstitusi, khususnya tentang perlindungan terhadap kebebasan warga negara dalam menjalankan praktik agama dan keyakinan.

Bukhori mengutip Pasal 29 ayat 2 UUD 1945 yang menerangkan bahwa negara menjamin kemerdekaan tiap-tiap penduduk untuk memeluk agama dan beribadat menurut agama dan kepercayaannya masing-masing serta Pasal 28 UUD 1945 yang menegaskan ihwal kebebasan warga negara untuk beribadat menurut agamanya serta hak atas kebebasan meyakini kepercayaannya.

Berangkat dari amanat konstitusi itu, Bukhori menyatakan TWK dalam rangka alih status pegawai KPK menjadi ASN merupakan sebuah hal yang ironis.

“Bagaimana mungkin ada lembaga negara mengkhianati amanat dari negara itu sendiri? Ironis. Kegagalan asesor dalam menerjemahkan konsep wawasan kebangsaan justru berdampak pada pelanggaran HAM yang dijamin oleh konstitusi,” ujarnya.

Lebih lanjut dia katakan, pelaksanaan asesmen ini cacat secara etika moral maupun konstitusi karena menyalahgunakan gagasan nasionalisme untuk mengintimidasi praktik keagamaan seseorang,” imbuhnya.

Pihaknya pun mempertanyakan keabsahan hasil TWK dalam rangka alih status pegawai KPK menjadi ASN. Menurutnya, tajuk asesmen dengan muatan soal TWK dalam rangka alih status pegawai KPK menjadi ASN tidak sinkron karena sejumlah pertanyaan janggal dan tidak relevan dengan nilai kebangsaan alias cenderung tendensius.

“Model TWK ini seperti jauh panggang dari api. Wawasan kebangsaan tidak bisa diujikan dengan model soal yang terindikasi membenturkan antara kelompok satu dengan yang lainnya, apalagi hingga mengadu nilai kebangsaan dengan nilai keagamaan,” tutup Bukhori.
