Usung Tema ‘Anak Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital’ MAARIF Institute dan Kolega Ajak Masyarakat Rayakan Kampaye Online Hari Anak Nasional 2021

karebaindonesia.id – Keceriaan dan kebahagiaan anak-anak Indonesia pada masa pandemi terasa berbeda dibanding dengan masa-masa sebelum pandemi. Kebahagiaan dan keceriaan saat berangkat sekolah, keseruan saat bermain bersama di lingkungan rumah atau keceriaan saat berolah raga berkejaran berlarian di halaman atau lapangan. Semuanya menjadi seakan-akan hilang karena anak-anak sangat dibatasi untuk keluar rumah. Jangankan untuk bebas bermain, bahkan untuk pergi ke sekolah pun tidak diizinkan. Pembatasan ini dikarena kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang belum juga usai, yang mengharuskan masyarakat untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan, 5M; Memakai masker, Mencuci tangan, Menjaga Jarak, Menghindari kerumunan, dan Membatasi aktivitas.

Dalam rangka memeriahkan Hari Anak Nasional 2021, MAARIF Institute bersama dengan ID-COP dan 20 lembaga lainnya yang peduli terhadap tumbuh-kembang anak berkolaborasi membuat kegiatan perayaan online bagi anak-anak Indonesia dengan mengangkat tema “Anak Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital.”

Di hari Kebangkitan Nasional 20 Mei 2021 lalu, Presiden Joko Widodo melalui Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika telah menggaungkan Kebangkitan Nasional Digital, dengan dicanangkannya 4 pilar fondasi yang mendasari seluruh gerakan nasional literasi digital di Indonesia, yaitu: Digital Skills, Digital Ethics, Digital Safety serta Digital Culture. Kebangkitan Nasional Digital ini harus menjadi momentum untuk memperbaiki berbagai macam kondisi yang terpuruk di ranah daring, khususnya untuk keselamatan anak di ranah daring.

Kegiatan Perayaan Hari Anak Nasional yang akan diselenggarakan pada Sabtu, 24 Juli 2021, jam 08.00-11.00 WIB. ini, diharapkan bukan saja dapat memberikan hiburan lain bagi anak-anak Indonesia, akan tetapi juga mampu menyajikan pembelajaran yang bukan hanya untuk anak, tapi juga untuk orangtua. Karena anak-anak perlu mendapatkan pengasuhan yang tepat di era digital ini oleh para orangtua dan guru yang memiliki literasi digital yang baik. Pengasuhan yang tepat akan mendorong anak mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan cerdas dan bijak, serta mendorong anak untuk bersemangat hidup di dunia nyata, sehingga kepentingan anak terpenuhi melalui program kebangkitan digital nasional ini.
Dari kegiatan ini juga diharapkan, 1) Anak-anak lebih bersemangat untuk tetap bergembira dan belajar dengan baik, walaupun pandemi masih terjadi; 2) Meliterasi anak-anak Indonesia terkait 4 isu di ranah daring yang diangkat dalam kampanye bersama ini: Adiksi gawai, Kekerasan Seksual pada Anak di Ranah Daring, Cyberbullying, dan Hoaks; 3) Menginspirasi anak-anak Indonesia lewat karya-karya yang dibuat anak-anak Indonesia di lingkungan mereka; 4) Turut berkontribusi dalam menguatkan Anak Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital.

Melalui Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, dan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, serta Siberkreasi, pemerintah mendukung kegiatan yang akan dilakukan secara daring melalui zoom meeting dan youtube channel ini. Bapak Nahar, SH., M.Si., Deputi Perlindungan Khusus Anak Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, menyambut baik kegiatan ini.

“Momentum Peringatan Hari Anak Nasional Tahun 2021 ini, kami harapkan dapat meningkatkan kepedulian seluruh bangsa Indonesia terhadap perlindungan anak Indonesia selama pandemi. Khusus kepada para orang tua, mari berikan semangat kepada anak-anak untuk tetap bergembira dan belajar dengan baik di tengah situasi pandemi. Anak-anak harus banyak terkoneksi dengan internet selama di rumah, untuk itu kita semua wajib mengasah literasi digital dan melindungi anak-anak kita selama online agar Anak Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital sesuai arahan Presiden RI dalam pesan beliau di Hari Kebangkitan Nasional yang lalu,” tutur Nahar.

Selain itu, Bapak Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, B.Sc., Direktur Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika, menyampaikan apresiasinya terhadap kegiatan ini,“Saya sangat mengapreasiasi terlaksananya acara oleh ID-COP dan para mitra. Sebagaimana anak-anak ini adalah generasi muda penerus bangsa, pemberian literasi digital sedini mungkin akan sangat membantu mereka dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi dan risiko yang hadir bersamanya.”

Acara Peringatan Hari Anak Nasional 2021 ini akan dibagi dalam 4 sub tema terkait isu-isu anak di ranah daring, diantaranya: 1) Adiksi Gawai, 2) Kekerasan Seksual Online terhadap Anak, 3) Cyber Bullying, dan 4) Jejak Digital dan Hoaks, dengan melibatkan anak-anak di dalamnya. Diantara mereka akan ada yang menjadi pemandu acara, pembicara, atau menampilkan karya-karya mereka, seperti: tari, nyanyi, dan film dimana mereka terlibat di dalamnya. Untuk itu kegiatan perayaan ini diharapkan dapat menghadirkan jutaan anak-anak Indonesia dari berbagai unsur komunitas/organisasi anak diseluruh pelosok daerah di Indonesia.

Wakil Ketua KPAI, Ibu Rita Pranawati, mendukung kampanye ini dengan menyampaikan bahwa KPAI mendukung kampanye anak Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital. Kampanye ini sangat penting karena anak-anak adalah digital natives, mereka berselancar, namun masih membutuhkan arahan tentang bagaimana mereka melindungi diri mereka di ranah daring.

“Pengawasan KPAI menemukan bahwa 79% anak Indonesia bermain gawai tanpa memiliki aturan. Kampanye ini dibutuhkan anak-anak Indonesia sehingga mereka dapat menggunakan teknologi digital sebaik-baiknya, dan terhindar dari kekerasan di dunia maya,” jelasnya.
