Makassar, karebaindonesia.id – Komunitas Young On Top (YOT) Chapter Makassar bekerjasama dengan Nipah Mall Makassar menggelar kegiatan YOTCLASS #1 Pada Sabtu, 28 November 2020 di Rooftop Garden Nipah Mall Makassar.

Kegiatan yang diikuti puluhan peserta dari berbagai komunitas pemuda dan komunitas kampus di Makassar ini mengangkat tema “Merefleksikan Hari Menanam Pohon Indonesia, Kemujuran atau Malapetaka”.

Kegiatan ini diisi oleh dua narasumber, yaitu Rizki Ramadani (Dosen Fakultas Hukum UMI) dan Achmad Yusran (Founder Forum Komunitas Hijau/Pemerhati Lingkungan dan Kepariwisataan).

Dalam paparannya, Rizki Ramadani menjelaskan perihal perspektif hukum dalam dampak lingkungan hidup (pohon) terhadap kebijakan publik yang meliputi perencanaan, pemanfaatan, pengendalian, pemeliharaan, pengawasan, dan penegakan hukum.

Sementara Achmad Yusran memaparkan problematika lingkungan hidup (pohon) tidak hanya menjadi persoalan sekelompok masyarakat dalam lingkungan tertentu saja, tetapi juga menjadi isu global yang berdampak besar bagi semua segi kehidupan manusia.

President of Young On Top, Ahmad Syauqi Dzulfikri mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini digelar sebagai peringatan Hari Menanam Pohon Indonesia.

“Semoga dengan kegiatan ini, bisa merefleksikan secara utuh Hari Menanam Pohon sebagai upaya memahami isu lingkungan saat ini baik dalam ranah lokal, regional, nasional, bahkan global. Harapnya, YOT menjadi pelopor dalam isu tersebut,” ungkapnya.[]
